Drive thru. Girl took order. Kept repeating my order. I asked for ketchup. I get home. Guess what? No ketchup and no utensils. One person in line and still can't get order correct. Food has also gone downhillHush puppies tasted like left overs not even warm. My last time going here.

Food was exceptionally good today.The lady that took out order was extremely pleasant and engaging. They were very busy, but our order was out in a very timely manner. On top of being a Sunday. Best Captain D's in Desoto County. Atmosphere is very nice. Thank you to all the workers..Vegetarian options: Great Broccoli and Bake Potato.
Update 3/24- SLOW and HORRIBLE service once again! Employees walking in smelling like WEED! Doordash order not even STARTED even after I ARRIVED and used the restroom!RUDE! The lady at the register was sitting IN A CHAIR taking people's order! LAZY!

I didn’t get food from here , but I couldn’t get a phone to pick up to catch the gentleman’s name , but my husband and I had gotten a flat tire after trying to go after a DoorDash , and this manager/shift leader at this location .. went out of his way and stepped out , got his truck brung it beside our car , backed it up and opened his tools out and helped us with our tire , Aired it up , looked at it to find the problem And got us rolling again and we made it back to our destination before it gave out again . I just wanna say THANK YOU , there’s not many ppl like you sir ! We greatly appreciate all that you did ??????
