“Rolling Thunder was chosen for my granddaughter’s wedding reception on June 22, 2024. I have to admit I was skeptical when I first heard we were having a “food truck” cater her wedding reception. I couldn’t have been more wrong! The food was absolutely amazing and Adam was heaven to work with, even finding room in his refrigerator and freezer for some unexpected chilling we needed to do. If he could come to California, I would be hiring him repeatedly throughout the year. If you are in southern Oregon, so yourself a favor and give Adam a call for your next event! Excellent service and product!“

Only negative note is that there are just two single bathrooms for the whole restaurant, so there’s always a line to wait in.“
