Cobb salad was awful No where near the quality it use to be

I was traveling with my baby and asked to use their restroom it was about 9:10 and they told me no because they just swept their lobby; but she told me if I wanted food to go through the drive through…. So pretty much they wanted my money but I couldn’t use the restroom…. There was a family of 6 inside the lobby eating…. I understand that their lobby was closing but seemed like they didn’t have good customer service skills. It’s hard enough to travel with a baby without others not willing to show grace and accommodate. Obviously it’s not mandatory to accommodate us however it really shows this is just a job to them here and that they don’t really care about customers.

To start with a good note, the people are always sweet and seem so happy all the time, the food comes out relatively fast and delivered to the table or window with kind words and efficiency. We’re greeted with warm smiles and questions about our day and how we’re doing. However, we ordered 4 count chicken mini and an egg white grilled chicken sandwich, but scrambled egg and cheese. We still received the egg white sandwich. My chicken minis were cold and the bread was hard. We were told to pull up to the stop sign only to be handed cold, hard and wrong food. Every time we come to Chick -Fil A our name gets spelled wrong. Every Single Time. This has happened multiple times before.
