Usually we love Chick-fil-A. This location had disgusting mens bathroom and an employee upset sent to clean. Every last table dirty( and yes we looked). Employees less than friendly. Usually they are happy and I'm wondering what is the excessive happiness to their staff. This location none of that. Rude.

I gave stars for friendliness. The food wasn't so great. After waiting in drive thru in rain for 30 minutes , just to receive burnt tasting , double dipped nuggets. The fries were fresh and the drinks were cold so I guess that counts for something

I always order the cold chicken wrap because while my kids want the chicken nuggets and Mac and cheese I really want something healthy. The past three times I've gone here my wrap has been so small it has only filled up half the box. This time I unrolled it to find one half only had two small pieces of chicken and the other half four. Like a tablespoon of meat total and one leaf of lettuce. The rest... all tortilla wrapped up to hide the lack of food. $8 for tortilla, a leaf, and chicken that wasn't enough to feed my 1 year old who I was sharing with. I dipped my tortilla and lettuce in creamy salsa. The first wrap I ever got from this location is the only one that has ever been good. Love this chain but not this location and after three times they are out. Going to have to tell my kids no from now on.

Kaman, the girl at the register was very rude. Ignored me for a few, didnt greet or smile? Acted like I was an inconvenience to her. Before she took my order her and coworker were chatting at the front for a good 5-10 mins. Chicfila workers are usually very sweet and friendly so I know that chicfila has standards when it comes to customer service but she was very rude and made me feel unwelcomed.
