They are ok but they really ignore delivery drivers and that’s not nice we are people to and if they gonna keep orders behind counter they need hand them to you when they see you instead all standing there like you are a ghost cause it’s not right I have began to avoid two this one and getwell rest don’t do that to you!!!

Food was delicious, service was amazing as always, and the atmosphere was OK. The place was a little dirty.
The service at this location has been horrible these last few visits, got home whole order was wrong! Called and complained they gave me customer care order. Then came to get my order the manger never put it in. Say for 25 min waiting on my order. The guy through the drive thru said he couldn’t do it. But the manager said I could do it through drive through. This is ridiculous

Went through the drive thru Saturday evening, ordered 2 salads and a kids meal with chocolate milk. We get home and one salad was completely wrong but they put the correct add ons the side like they should. The milk was white milk, and there was no utensils. Not a huge deal unless we was not home. Went by today and again ordered 2 salads. They was made correctly but one of the add ons was missing and they gave only one utensil packet. We had somewhere to be so we ended up sharing the fork to eat what we could before we had to go into our appointment. Staff is always friendly and professional, just not sure what is up with the salads being correctly done with everything you should be getting with them.

Chick-fil-A is like the luxury car of fast food restaurants.
Camp Creek Blvd, Olive Branch.Great service and fresh food right before closing time. The chicken tenders were juicy and the sandwich was perfect. It didn't smell funky and plus my waffle fries were fresh.

Strait up lunch hour & I was thru the dt line and out of the parking lot in NO TIME!! Great job!!! Amazing Service. Food was FRESH & H O T ! My lemonade even seemed to have the PERFECTTT amount of ice in it !!!! TYSM!!!!I WILL return!!?
