My team and I from Milwaukee Tools ordered a 75piece wing on today and I must say they were cooked to perfection and the flavors were off the chain as well as the customer service. we will be returning when we have another large order. Thanks again for great service and food :)

I hate complaining, but we just paid $54 and didn’t get all of our meal and the whole wings are dried out and super small. We wanted chicken livers but they were out of that, banana pudding, and pecan pie. This was our first experience with y’all too. Plus, we were told cash only but the card machine worked!!!

My husband went to the restaurant at 5 in the afternoon. He was told they were completely out of chicken except for wings. His foes a chicken restaurant run out of chicken? Then he got Philly cheese steak sandwiches and they were so greasy you couldn’t eat them. First time eating there but it wasn’t the greatest experience. Not sure if we will give it another try

This place used to be my favorite chicken wing joint in the OB area. It was on a Saturday/weekend where you would expect a wing joint to be at their best. We ordered Hot, Honey Gold, and Lemon Pepper. Lemon Pepper was so salty I had to check my blood pressure after tasting just one! Honey Gold and the hot were pretty good. However, there is barley any meat on these whole wings which was a another super let down. I used to rate this establishment at 5 stars but from my last few visits it's been a below average 2 stars. I hope they bring the taste and consistency back to the early days before they changed locations. I won't write off this place yet but I encourage them to thrive for more consistency.

The food, for what it was was good. Being from the north, we have many kinds of chicken salad so unfortunately for ME, their chicken salad was good but nothing to write home about. The Friday special wings on the other hand were a solid 10/10. It's always refreshing to find a restaurant with non generic house recipes and thats exactly what these were, A special likely family secret level recipe on what I can only guess is slow cooked wings. You should never pass on these. We will definitely be back for more.

service was great ,young man that took my order was very patient and knowledgeable, I orderedthe catfish sandwich and fried green tomatoes , food was delicious , and priced right. I made a great choice for Friday night.
DO NOT GO TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT ‼‼ they never have all of their food items, there food trucks always run late & very unprofessional. Also don't place an order online with them. I unfortunately ordered online and once the payment went through they called to inform me that they were out of the item until "the next day" I asked if I can just come on the next day to receive my food. It is now 3 days later and still no food and once I asked about a refund they told me I had to go through it the same way I place it ( which didn't make any sense because the money was sent to the establishment) but once I went back to the clover app for a refund it directed me back to the establishment. So In the end I don't have my food that I placed on Monday nor a refund!! Never again will I go back and I don't recommend anyone else to either.

Just received my order. I ordered seasoned wings and fried green tomatoes! Wings tasted like vinegar & soggy! Fried green tomatoes looked horrible! I don’t know what type of breading that is but that’s not how fried green tomatoes are cooked. I threw away both. First and last time ordering from this place!

You all need to do better. The sauce and seasonings are good but please stop selling cold or refried chicken. Also the fries are always cold, burnt, or under done. You all used to be awesome. Please do better!

I’ve been eating at this location at least 12 years and the wings have always been hot and fresh. However, in last couple of years the quality of the food has really gone down. Small, over cooked wings are the norm. Friday 12/15/22 I purchased 15 whole wings for $35. I made sure to call ahead and place my order because I was on my way to work. I picked up my order, got to work and immediately opened my wings to eat. To my surprise the wings were cold and the sauce on the wings was cold, thick and dried up. Obviously the wings had been refrigerated from the night before!!! Just horrible and inedible!!! $35 down the drain! Shame on you Hackscross location!!! Different cooks and inconsistent food!!! Not worth the money! I gave them one star because Rosemary the cashier is really nice and professional. You need to get better cooks!!!!!!!!!!!!!
