Chili's Grill & Bar

I absolutely love Chili's. However, each individual location is different. This was in Olive Branch. I mostly order the fajita mixed shrimp, steak and chicken with rice because I love how Chili's cooks it. But It wasn't as good at this location. Service was reeeeally slow which was frustrating because there weren't that many customers. When my food finally arrived, the rice was burned sticking to the plate, the shrimps were extremely small and over cooked but the chicken and steak was great! However my friend was satisfied with her food. She ordered the $10 hamburger meal and she loved it!! It was great and well cooked (delicious). The Service was NOT GOOD! The young man that waited on our table was not very attentive to us. But he was very intrigued with one of the young ladies at the other table who ordered an acholic beverage. After carding her and seeing she was older than him they had an extensive laugh and conversation about how young she looked. That was a table of more than five people who arrived several minutes after us and because he was so interested in her, it caused us to wait even longer for our food. We literally had to almost beg for refills. Like I stated at the beginning, I really love Chili's but I probably won't be going back to the Olive Branch location anytime soon. 🫤

I ordered the triple dipper. The southwestern egg rolls, chipotle tenders, and the sliders. My egg rolls were cold and not cooked all the way through. The tender wasn’t completely done and the sauce was just thrown on it. Half of the tenders didn’t have any sauce, the burger was just thrown together as well. I informed the waitress about my egg rolls, because at the time I didn’t know the tender wasn’t completely done not done. She took the egg rolls and informed me that they were new egg rolls. The egg rolls was not golden brown neither time. Rushed through. Now the waitress was very friendly and very helpful. She had great customer services, but the food was terrible. I didn’t even eat my food. Me and my kids got our food and left after paying. It was a customer came in while we were sitting waiting on our food. No one came to see about him, so he walked back out the building, got into his car and left.

This is most definitely the worst location EVER in Olive Branch, MS. They are unprofessional answering the phone for orders, will pick up the phone and hang right Up or place you on hold for long periods of time. Then when you finally place orders it’s wrong or cold. The managers have absolutely NO CONTROL OVER THEIR EMPLOYEES!!!

I have gone here before with my work group and we always sit at the bar and have a great time, but this time my family and a friend went and dined in. TERRIBLE wait time, to be fair they were busy. And understaffed. But the hostess was rude to my husband and told him we would have an hour wait and he'd just have to come back in every 10 minutes and hopefully we'll have a table. The waitress was okay. She promptly got our kids their drinks and food. The adults on the other hand were left waiting. We waited and waited and finally asked for our food togo. Our waitress then brought out boxes BEFORE our food. Then brought out our food. Throughout our dining experience we may have seen and interacted with her 4 - 6 times. Again very aware of the understaffed situation but as a prior server/bartender myself this was a very poor experience compared to the other experiences I have had at this establishment. We arrived at 7pm and did not leave until a quarter after 10.

The food is horrible. They take no pride in the presentation of your food. The sauce from the wings all over the sliders buns. The egg rolls are not cooked properly and the chicken is in little tiny pieces. This is the third time my food has been horrible

Service was good, but ordered the classic ribeye. It was over cooked on one side so they finished it in the microwave. That made it tough and inedible. Burnt on one side and almost raw on the other.

Sad experience. We had already drove 20 mins to get to this location only for it to be a really bad experience. We were seated and about 10 mins later the host came over to tell us we needed to move into another section for the waiter to be able to serve us. It was one table over. Took another 10 to be greater by the waiter and get our drink order in. I ordered our appetizer the same time, we were hungry. It came and I was going to ask for ranch but the waiter walked away too quickly. Another 20 mins goes by I finally get him to look at me and ask for the ranch and take our order. Another 15 mins out food comes. I got nachos they were dark brown from just sitting under the light so long just burnt it did not look appetizing. Zero times did the waiter come to refil my empty drink which I put in view to him. He kept waiting the tables around us and didn't even look our way. I didn't complain about my food, I didn't snip I just paid and left it just sucked all the way around.

Dining room was dirty with food on the floor. Bathroom was filthy and had no supplies. You can see straight into the kitchen from the bathroom area and oh...my....god! So dirty with food everywhere and dirty footprints all over the floor. I saw that and told my crew to pack up. I didn't want to spend my evening suffering from food poisoning. DO NOT EAT HERE!

Servers was terrible, social skills sucked, food too greasy and not cooked properly. Food is way too expensive for it not to be prepared and cooked well.

If I could’ve given no stars I would. Customer service is horrible. Both ladies at the bar are not friendly and DO NOT LISTEN. I asked for a strawberry Don margarita, she gave me regular. After I corrected her she said she didn’t hear me say strawberry and just poured the strawberry purée in my drink lol like no mixing it for me or nothing. When my waiter finally came out after an extensive smoke break. She did not greet me, I gave her my order after the other lady gave her my drink order. I asked her if I could pay my ticket & move to a booth she said very rudely, I don’t care. So I decided not to move, she went to both and yelled across the bar “you still want to sit here” sat the machine down for me to pay and walked off. She never came back to my table with anything. I love to tip because I’ve worked in the sever world but they deserve nothing! Replace them ASAP

I came in to order takeout on Sunday. It was about 1:30 & I ordered the Honey Chipotle Crispers.
I didn’t notice my order until I got home & realized the order was wrong.
I was given the plain chicken crispers 🙁

Everything else was really good but the Honey Chipotle’s are the best!

I should have warmed up a can of Alpo dog food at home and microwaved it that would have been better than the food at this chilis. The worst fajitas I ever had in my life!
