I absolutely love Chili's. However, each individual location is different. This was in Olive Branch. I mostly order the fajita mixed shrimp, steak and chicken with rice because I love how Chili's cooks it. But It wasn't as good at this location. Service was reeeeally slow which was frustrating because there weren't that many customers. When my food finally arrived, the rice was burned sticking to the plate, the shrimps were extremely small and over cooked but...

I came in to order takeout on Sunday. It was about 1:30 & I ordered the Honey Chipotle Crispers.
I didn’t notice my order until I got home & realized the order was wrong.
I was given the plain chicken crispers 🙁

Everything else was really good but the Honey Chipotle’s are the best!

Server was great, the atmosphere and food weren't up to par though. Very expensive for small portions. The restaurant is clean but kinda dead and boring. No entertainment while. You're waiting awhile for your meal.
