We just ordered 3 meals for $80. The only thing they got right was chips and cheese. It’s like they just threw some stuff in 3 bowls and sent it to my house. They had guacamole in dishes for someone who hates avacados. I got no fajita veggies. My dtr got beans and hates beans. 80 bucks down the drain.

The Curly Nurse
This is the worst Chipotle in the area. It’s been that way since they opened. They run out of fresh food at 6 pm and don’t even try to replenish it. If you ask when will more be up, they huff and puff and roll their eyes. The food prep area is always nasty. I keep telling myself I’m not going back. This is the 4th time I had to leave with no food. I will NEVER return to this location. I will continue to drive farther to Collierville for better service. If the owner wants his business to survive, fire everyone in there and get new staff who cares about your business.

I gave one star only to write this review. I ordered veggies with my food, but they needed fixing. We waited, letting others order. My husband asked, "How much longer?" A young black girl with glasses replied nastily, "We don't have veggies!" I asked why she didn't inform me earlier. She shrugged, unconcerned. Veggies have been unavailable before, but this wait was futile, and the attitude was unacceptable. I won't return. If veggies are in demand, keep them available! Poor management!

I paid for a full bowl, but it seemed more like a half. I ordered extra lettuce, but they barely added any. The meat portion was also quite small, and it feels like the portions are shrinking overall. I want to mention the good customer service, especially the guy at the register, he is always very helpful and friendly with my take out.

Terrible service. We have been here twice and have waited longer than 20 minutes each time. They do not allow customers to come in and place orders. Orders are only allowed by mobile app, but you still wait a ridiculous amount of time!

This chipotle has to be the WORST chipotle in history! It’s like they never have anything. Always out of SOMETHING! The employees are not welcoming at all and they are sooooo slow. I usually order through on the mobile app and pickup in the drive thru and it’s always a 20+ minute wait. Im so sick of it. I wish they can just close at this point!!

Arrived to signs on the door, “only accepting online orders to be picked up in drive through.” I didn’t have my phone on me so I just went to the drive through to see if they could make my burrito there, and of course they couldn’t accommodate that.

It was 6pm and they had locked the doors. There was a sign on the door saying use the mobile app. They do this every other night. They had 6 workers in there from what I could see. They are suppose to be open until 11pm.
