Just way to expensive for the price I paid and what little bit of food was in the burritos. I will not ever go back. The 1st time I went there the food that was inside the burritos was way more. Yall just lost a customer.

This was my burrito bowl that was just delivered through door dash. I can't if tell if this was poorly created or they sent me someone's else's trash by mistake. This place needs new management. Starting to understand 2 star rating.

All the employees loudly complaining and whining about doing their job ignoring customers and making them feel uncomfortable. I was there to make a door dash pick up and it was my first time to be in that chipotle. I for sure will never order food from there. If this is how they act in front of customers just imagine what they do when no one is around. Seems to be the culture for this location based on other reviews as well

This location started off spectacular when they first opened, but as time went on they began to go downhill.

I visited today not too long ago and when I arrived a couple was in front of me that had been standing there over 5 mins. Nobody greeted us. The whole crew is very rude and unprofessional. The manager does not set a good example for her crew at all. She walks up “ what can I get for you “ no energy. NOTHING

Do better and just because yall are close to closing time does not mean ignore the customers that are still coming in. You might as well just close to avoid high volume customers when y’all are cleaning. Thankgya

Should have read reviews before I went there. The nastiest restaurant I’ve ever been in, in my life. The food was terrible. I’ve honestly kept the receipt in case I get sick from it. Will not make this mistake again. .

Went in at 7:30 asked for carne asada they were out. I told the worker I would wait sat there for thirty minutes for him to tell me they were out! Worst chipotle in the Memphis area. I just left without placing an order

I must say the 2.5 rating is much deserved! Actually, it should be much lower…more like a 1 star rating. My initial experiences with Chipotle were marred by significant issues, including the absence of my chips and guacamole, as well as the receipt of old and dry proteins in my first three orders. When I reached out to customer service, I encountered an automated system with limited responses, which informed me that refunds were not possible. Instead, I was offered store credit for the missing items, which proved ineffective as the problem persisted when I attempted to reorder… meaning I once again did not receive my chips and guacamole on all three occasions. I decided to give Chipotle another opportunity and placed a delivery order through their app. However, upon arrival, the driver was informed that my order had already been picked up, and she was forced to remove herself from the order. After multiple attempts to contact the store, I finally spoke with a customer service representative, who demonstrated a lack of professionalism and helpfulness. She suggested that I contact my delivery driver, despite me telling her about the store's earlier misinformation and them sending her away. This conversation continued for 15 minutes with her lying and telling me that my order was in flight (I’m looking at the app that’s showing order is waiting for pick up). *** I have the whole conversation recorded*** She then proceed to place me on a prolonged hold while she attempts to contact the non-existing delivery driver. Ultimately, I received a notification that my order had been canceled, and the representative failed to return to the call… mind you it’s been two hours since I placed the order. It is concerning that the store intentionally provided false information to my delivery driver, claiming that my order had been picked up when, in reality, they had not prepared or handed over my order. This experience has led to a loss of trust in Chipotle. The Olive Branch location will never get my business again

I will NEVER place another catering order with Chipotle. I feel badly for the restaurant staff since this isn’t their fault, but rather a huge flaw with the catering order system and lack of support.
I placed a catering order online and need to make adjustments. The charge went through but I never got a confirmation email/notice. I need to make a change to my order and I cannot get a human being on the phone to help me. This is incredibly frustrating!!

For the first time in years, this was the first time where my food sucked! I felt as if I was an interuption...staff was indifferent. AND...if this place were visited by heath inspection I'm sure it would fail miserbaly. FILTHY. ypu should be ashamed.

First time there and every question I ask, I get a sassy eye roll from the little girl behind the counter. I wanted to try an item I saw on the menu and her brain just shuts down because she didn't know how to handle the request. She then goes and gets the manager who tells me to go sit down and starts asking the next person in line what they want before even finishing my order. This location needs to be shut down. Every single time I visit this location, I have a horrible experience. I order delivery online, I’m given someone else’s order, I come in person, they are only accepting online order or the doors are locked during business hours. What is going on? I visit this location every 6 months in hopes that my experience will improve but it never does.

The young dark skin, heavy set girl wasn't friendly at all and made sure you knew she was ready to go home and it was only 12:50 pm. I asked for 3 vinaigrette dressings and informed her that I want to BUY the extra vinaigrette and she told me you can only have one and I can't buy more. Now mind you they only put a half ounce of dressing in the dressing cup, but proceed to try and sale me other dressings 🤦🏾‍♀️
