Service was great!!! Rolls always good. No complaints with this location!

Ok folks, as the other reviews reflect, this was a mediocre experience for ole Big Herb and his mistress. The server seemed overwhelmed and under trained. She didn't introduce herself. The food was decent but not hot when it came to the table. There was nothing special to make me want to make a return trip. The mistress felt exactly the same. Maybe we will try again some time soon. We had high expectations because our experiences in Poplar Bluff and Jonesboro have been glorious!

Bad service, bad food and it sounds like a casino because of some sort of alarm/notice when they receive a door dash/Uber eats order. Why do the customers in the dining room need to hear that constant noise is beyond me. The only redeeming thing they have are the dinner rolls which I am sure they don't make but just warm up as needed.

Waited over an hour for takeout and didn’t receive any help. I was told the manager was in the back cooking.

This place has fallen all the way off. Everytime I come now I have to constantly get a refund or speak with a manager because their “estimated wait times” are not accurate. I go in to see about my order n servers are just lallygagging, on the phone, and just drinking sodas. All I ordered was a potato and nobody tried to see how long it was going be on the potato until I got out the car for a curbside order. At that point I could’ve went to the store and bought a potato my damn self and had it ready by the time they brought out my food. Piss poor service and piss poor store!!

Had fried shrimp, onion strings, and hushpuppies. Strings and hp were great. But the kitchen left the shrimp in the grease about 3 to 5 minutes too long. Just looking at them could tell they were overcooked. Shrimp were a little rubbery. Would give yall another chance, but if the shrimp come out that way again I'll definately send it back.

We set 35mins and never got anyone to even take our drink order. Finally one waitress came by and said oh my god no one has still waited on yall. What would you like to drink and I'll bring you some rolls, waited about 10 more minutes and never seen her again and got up and walked out. Told the two young lady's at the hostess stand what had happened she ask were we sat at and I showed her then she was just like oh well.

We had a family gathering there and everything was great. Our server was the best. She handled everything like a pro. The food was very good as well.

It's just ok for a place. Long Horn and Texas Road house are much better all the way around.
The Salmon tasted good, but the Server wasn't very attentive. It's just ok

The wait was so long and not very many people there. My sides came out with my check. I've never had such a bad experience in the past
