The food wasn't good at all. My burger was salty, onion rings weren't that good and my vanilla malt was too thin. My first time eating there and my last. Olive Branch, Ms. I did my order online and it wasn't ready when I got there.

There was a car in front of me and then I pulled up next and they kept spamming me that the store was closed automated system but I still had 30 minutes and then the person tending to me had an attitude

The people taking the drive through orders are often hard to understand. Otherwise it's a typical Dairy Queen. My Blizzards never fall out of the cup when they flip em over 😂

Buyer beware! If you order and pay on the app and they do not get your order, you are screwed! They will NOT help you, and there is NO ONE you can call. All you can do is submit a form on the dq website. I do not do business with people who cannot be called on the phone. That is SHADY! Whoever was running drive thru tonight was extremely rude and unnecessarily punctual. Seemed like she might’ve been the manager. She doesn’t acknowledge the customers by greeting or with a smile. I even thanked her for my food and she gave no response. Lack of courtesy at its finest. If you hate your job, quit!

Went here today around 11:20 for lunch and every time I order here the food is good but never right. I always have to take it back it in and get it fixed after checking it. Today when I brought it in the guy in the back who makes the burgers was clearly upset about having to fix my burger. Just be prepared to have to Check your food. The girl upfront was really nice and helpful and her service was great !

I ordered a flame thrower meal. It was served on the wrong bun. The wrong burger size and very little sauce. I had a fry that looked like it was stuck in a fryer basket from the night before. I'm not going back.
