I am rating this grill 2 because in a world of awareness about the germs and poisons in just about everything, I stopped here and ordered a large 1/2 and 1/2 tea for my drive. When I opened the lid on the cup, after drinking over have of the tea I found floating debris. Which being a server in all areas of food and beverage, I know the containers where not cleaned. Which therefore spreads mold and sickness. The highlight for me is the staff here is friendly and nice. 🙏

Doing a DoorDash order while the cashier was very nice. The manager was very rude. I had to change my daughter‘s diaper. The bathrooms are disgusting. They don’t clean the bathrooms. Do not change your baby in those bathrooms.

Stand there waiting for over 10 minutes for my order. Finally go desk as im pulling it up in the app only to see it was canceled in the app.
Standing there im seeing. Computer issues. Ppl not getting their whole other. Deserts being made and just sat on counter while customers trying to get their attention to give it to them.
Never again will I visit this location.

This is my 3rd time ordering there and my 3rd time more than one thing was wrong or messed up. This time 2 items were wrong and one that they fixed was wrong again and was giving melted and dripping causing to drip on my hands and clothes. Extremely disappointing. You wouldn’t want someone to give you your ice cream and food the way they gave it. Very sad. I spend too much money at 1 time to have the same thing happen every time. Won’t be back anymore unfortunately especially since I love Dairy Queen.

It’s not often that I write reviews, but I just had to share the amazing service I received for my daughter’s birthday.
I waited until the last minute to get her a cake, thinking I could just run in and have them write on it—like Walmart does. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case here. When I arrived, the staff greeted me warmly and immediately showed me where the cake freezer was. They explained that I could purchase a ready-made cake, but custom orders require 48 hours since their cake decorator only works certain days.
Not expecting much, I headed to the freezer on my own, figuring I’d just take one home and attempt to write her name on it myself. But then, the manager, Miss Sharon, the store manager, came over and asked what I needed. When I explained the situation, she kindly offered to try writing on it for me—even though she said she wasn’t great at it. I told her that anything she did would be perfect, because my daughter would be thrilled just to have her Dairy Queen ice cream cake.
Even though it was lunchtime and they were a bit busy, Miss Sharon grabbed the cake, wrote my daughter’s name beautifully, and truly exceeded my expectations. It looked amazing!
I’m so grateful she went out of her way to help, especially knowing they typically don’t offer that service.
10/10—highly recommend this location.

Why take my order ring me up tell me to pull up to the side for one dolly bar only to tell me that you don't have any dolly bars!make it make sense I don't have this problem at Baskin Robbins. DO BETTER DQ!!

Customers not always right! Today I witnessed 2 rude customers (couple) verbally attack a minor while on her break. The staff remained professional. The more they remained professional the madder the customers became. Customer service was well maintained inspite of how rude and ignorant people are in the world. Young lady I applaud you.

The chicken strip, fries and ice cream meal is a very decent value deal. The chicken was very crispy and moist, but the fries were not as good. I had the cookie dough flavor blizzard, which tasted pretty much like sugar mush. I guess nothing really beats an oreo blizzard. I find the people here very friendly and worth supporting, even if the food is kinda hit or miss. It's one of my favorite guilty pleasures. Go check them out
