When I order a milkshake that's what i expect! Not A cup of ice cream. I already knew it was gonna be bad when she handed me a spoon with my snake. So thick i had to wait 45 minutes in this 90°weather just to drink it! Won't be going back here again! 😡

I came in this morning about 15 mins after opening on my way back to Tupelo and was greeted by Anthony with great service and a smile. I took my food to go, but the restaurant was very clean and inviting. 10/10 would recommend!

The chil cheese dogs & chicken nuggets are delicious. Their burgers taste good, but I think the buns are too small. They seem to have followed 5 guys instead of Burger Kings' size of the whopper, which is a dumb idea for anybody. I think the fries here are better than any fast food joint but I can't have fries with puny BS ketchup packetsAmazing food with a better price. I never had a problem with this Location selling me crap that was cooked over 5 hours ago.

To be honest, I was disappointed, especially since I brought someone that had never been to a Cook Out before. The ones in North Carolina and Lynchburg, VA are much better. The person that took our order was nice, but the food tasted like it just came out of a microwave, not off a charcoal grill. Burger King would have been better.

The customer service is horrible but I don't care because the food is always good. I ordered a burger and onion rings, the Styrofoam was melted but that ain't a issue to me that just means it's fresh. also cheap food open until 3am means ima mess that food up after a long day of work 🙏

Had been hearing a lot about this place and decided to stop for lunch on a long road trip. They have several very inexpensive items to choose from and meal combinations are neat. However, much of the food was almost inedible and lacked any flavor. Huge dining area which lacked furniture. Weird place for sure - will not be back.
