Wonderful experience today. The food was hot and fresh. Very yummy. I’d ordered a shake, the Chocolate Cherry, and the gentleman made me a cherry flavored shake with chocolate flakes instead of the the other way around. I mentioned it to him and he stated this was the recipe. I thought maybe I’d had it wrong so I just thanked him and went to sit back down with my family. He came out 5 mins later, shake in hand with a smile on his face letting me know that he looked into his recipes and that the way I’d ordered it was correct. I told him No Worries and thanked him profusely. He did not have to do that. He was so very kind and friendly. Beautiful smile for miles. Great staff here!
Went to the store at 7406 Hacks Cross Rd Olive Branch, MS 38654 after spending 10 hours in the ER with my wife, she had feinted after complications from a surgery and needed many test performed, we went to this cookout after she was finally cleared to leave (around 4:22pm the receipt shows). We had never been to a cookout but my wife wanted a milkshake and a burger and we figured they had both. We waited in line so long that people behind us backed up and left. There wasn't even many cars in the parking lot so it wasn't busy. The young lady who took our order (Rhiannon on the receipt) asked me to repeat every single item on the order more than once, it was only three things. We ordered a regular burger with mustard pickles, lettuce and tomato, a regular order of cajun fries, and a banana pudding milk shake, the total came to $11.41 per receipt. It was not complicated. Upon getting to the window, paying for and receiving our food, I said thank you, and she just looked at me and closed the window in my face. My wife and I looked at each other and were astonished, but after the day we had we let it go and proceeded to drive home asap as our poor dog had been in the house all day since we left emergently. My wife opened her food, and the hamburger had mayonnaise on it, and onion, total opposite of what she ordered, and the Cajun fries had so much seasoning that it was too salty to eat, and piled up in the bottom of the bag as it someone just dumped tons of it in there. The milkshake was ok. This was our first and last experience at a cookout, my poor wife was starving after being in the ER all day and didn't even get to eat. We went to a Kroger grocery store to get her prescriptions the ER doc prescribed for her, and got her some food there. Very sad situation and first/last experience at your establishment. Also contacted corporate and no response, all I need to never go back, terrible company.

Cook out was decent. They are a great place for shakes and hot burgers. Presentation needs a lot of help. Also, the food melted the stirofoam onto some of the food itself. Not good. Decent but needs work.

Just picked up a double burger with fries and quesadilla. The burger patties were small and thin as a sausage Pattie and cooked extremely too hard! I was so disappointed- haven’t been here in a while and prob won’t return. Quesadilla & fries was decent. Super disappointed. Don’t waste your time going here. Try Dixie

Cheeseburger tray pretty good. Service good except for female server who was out on floor cleaning up. Guess she wasn't happy about it because she drug every metal chair across the floor as loud as she could making the most horrendous screeching sound possible.

This has to be the worst food i’ve ever received. First i ordered nuggets and i took a bite out of two and both where cold in the middle. not even cooked all the way. second this wrap is literally hard. how are yall going to serve a hard tortilla. Whoever was at the window around 10:30pm 8/29/24 did the worst job ever. Not good customer service and whoever is making the food needs to get retrained. The worst food and service ever. Not to mention i ordered a lot and asked for ranch and the guy only gave me one.

The atmosphere seemed pleasant I didn't dine in so I can't say for sure on this, but the convenience of the hours of this location are great because it was 1:00 a.m. when I went and the food was delicious. For my first time eating there, very well done.
The day I went, the tea was absolutely perfect! I ordered 1/2 sweet/unsweetened and it was so smooth with no aftertaste, I wanted to go back and order a gallon of it! The food is consistently what you expect and I always enjoy a meal there. You can't go wrong with their cheeseburgers and their cheese curds are delicious! It's not the kind of place to go if you are on a diet, but for a cheat day - it hits the spot!
