Went to the Olive branch location to be told I’m a liar and I ate the food. Me and my friend ordered two plates with extra cheese bites. We received the bag and drove off. We checked the bag and saw no cheese bites. Took it inside and he laughed and turned to go to the kitchen. Me and my friend hear them hollering calling us liars saying “nah they lying they lying” one of them said we ate the food. Kept laughing at us in the back calling us liars and using profane language while doing it. I’ve managed stores my whole life and this is unacceptable to have a team act this way towards customers. I’d like to have someone reach out to me about this matter. I would put a zero star review on here if I could. I pay for my food only to be told no and be called a liar.

First time cook out customer. Food was good. Music was pleasant. Place is big. It was not busy at 2:30pm. Surprised nobody was cleaning the place as the floor is dirty and the bathroom was gross. Poo on the seat is inexcusable. Bathrooms should be cleaned hourly.

I had to share this even before my order was ready. The music is Christian!!!!! It’s so wonderful to be among the Lord’s spirit!The message on their drink cups is spot on. Look it up! Proverbs 1:7. What a reminder as to why our City, State, and Country is in the shape it’s in. Christ has been removed from our everyday living. I want to thank Cook Out for standing in the gap!!!!

Prices keep going up but the food is sub par at best. I use go to CO and feed my 3 kids under $20 but not now ?♀️ its almost that for one ??.

Get better workers! Really don’t need the window slammed in my face when I’m asking for sauces. I understand y’all are timed but you know I worked in customer service for 15 years and that’s just absolutely rude! Find friendly staff! I will never come here again. First time experiencing cook out and will never go back. Employees rather have conversations with their buddies instead of handling customers. ABSOLUTELY CHILDISH!

All around great place with awesome workers , that we're very patient with us, cause we had never eaten from there and there's tons of options and the prices were great too. I thought for sure my bill was gonna be 30 -40 buck, but for two meals with drinks and with milkshakes was only 25 bucks... can't beat that these days and food was delicious..???????
