My iced coffee order was ready upon arrival and it tasted exactly how I wanted it to, I just wish there was more ice in it as it melted rather quickly!

Only two cars were in front of me and I was stuck in this line for 40+ minutes... How... Every time I've been here, the wait is 35 minutes bare minimum... Too busy on their phones to thin the line down, and they have an attitude like you're wasting THEIR time...

Upon walking up to the window the cashier back was turned and he was laid on the counter on his phone. When he did open the window he just looked at me and never greeted me. I placed my order and the cashier could not get the order right so the manager steps in and proceeded to ask me my order. She seemed irritated.she never greeted me, however she took the the order and walked away. I returned the coffee because The coffee was burnt and the manager was visibly upset. The manager never apologized nor did she ask to make it right . I paid 17.02 for my 2 coffees yet she only refunded me 14.15. I’m not sure what the issue is with location but I will never ever be back to this location. This location really need to figure it out but I will never be back.

ABSOLUTELY DONT RECOMMEND......

Worst place i have been too !!!!! 8 cars got served in drive thru before I even got my drink and I walked up and have already ordered. 2nd I got hashbrowns....they were soggy lump of grease...asked for new fresh and got the same soggy lump of grease....they said ill make you more fresh ones....I asked You gonna cook them the same way and they said yes fresh out of their oven/microwave.....soggy lump of grease......NEEDLESS TO SAY I GOT MY MONEY BACK FOR THEM AND FOR THE DRINK I NEVER RECIEVED.......

THEY SAID THEY WERE BUSY CAUSE THEY WERE GETTING SOUTHAVENS BUSINESS TOO BUT YET SERVED 8 OR MORE CARS IN DRIVE THRU WHILE I STOOD AT THE WINDOW BY MYSELF WAITING ON 1 DRINK.

SERVICE SUCKED AND FOOD QUALITY WAS WORSE.

Who knew Dunkin' had such good breakfast options?! Not me! Not to mention they serve turkey sausage (pure joy) as I don't eat pork. It's a struggle to find decent quick breakfast options when you're on the go. I absolutely love their turkey sausage croissant and mango pineapple lemonade refreshers! Their prices are a plus as well. Don't hesitate to try them, you will not be disappointed.

I can't believe that I'm about to write this; I've never had to write a negative review before, and I NEVER thought it would be for this Dunkin'. I used to frequent this Dunkin' at least four times a week. About two weeks ago, I went through and got a bagel with cream cheese. I received my food, got about ten minutes away, and realized that they forgot my cream cheese. NBD, I went back because thankfully I had the time. After going through the line again, the person at he window told me that they were all out of plain cream cheese and they only had strawberry. Okay, fine, I am allergic to strawberries, but that's not their fault, and I work in customer service as well. I get that we sometimes forget. I tried to go back a few days later and got an iced caramel latte. The coffee did not have any caramel, and there were espresso grounds at the bottom of it. I waited a couple of days again, and today was the final straw. I went through and got a crissont sandwich, everything bagel minis, and an iced caramel latte with cold foam. I waited for much longer than usual, considering that I placed the order five minutes before I got there, again, no big deal. My drink was missing the cold foam that I paid extra for, and they were out of the everything bagel minis, which I was not informed of again (thank goodness I checked the bag). The shop has obviously gone through a staff change for the worse and I am very sad to see it. I would hope with all the new competition popping up, they would be improving their quality, not declining. It seems like the new issues are from supply shortages, and communication between both employee to customer, but also from manager to employee. I've wasted too much money in the past two weeks to ever come back. I used to brag about having the best Dunkin' around, but I guess the times are changing. Just hoping to save someone some more money and time.

I have come to this Dunkin plenty of times before 5:00 this morning just happened to be one of those mornings. On the app it says 4:30 so assuming people were there I ordered my coffee and arrived at this location. When I pulled up nobody was in there so I drove off to go pick some drinks from the gas station. I came back to see if maybe somebody was in there and it’s 5:16 and nobody still isn’t in. I had to drive off and go to work which I was late to when I pulled off someone that was working there was standing outside. I will happily not be going back. If there’s anyway I can get my money back that would be greatly appreciated.

Driving through MS found this adorable WALK UP/DRIVE THRU Dunkin! They need more of these across the US! They were fast, efficient and we even got to sit outside and enjoy our breakfast croissants. Loved this Dunkin!
