I frequent this location daily but this morning was the worse, my sandwich was luke warm and the croissant was hard, the 4 hash browns were very dark and oily, taste like the grease was old. Very disappointing

I would love to give a better review on this location. But I simply can't. The food was okay. But the service was horrible. The woman who took my order was pushy and very rude. She got upset when I didn't see the different options of the wrap and continued to say the options in a very huffy way. When I got to the window to pay for my food, I had only ordered 1 wrap. Apparently there was two, I kindly said "oh I just wanted one." The same lady who took my order and made my food said in the background, "she ordered two, what is she talking about, uggghh." If you don't like your job don't work there.

I would give this place five stars for their drinks and food assortments and their employees but trying to get in touch with this establishment is like pulling teeth. I called five times in a row and it just rang and rang and rain till someone hung up, all to tell these people that they got my order wrong and I have an appointment I have to be at so I will have to come by and get a new one after the appointment is over. They need to work on answering the phone, especially when there was absolutely no one in line when I left. I never leave reviews but I'm just trying to get this rectified.

This place is GARBAGE, I ordered and paid on the app around 7pm…arrive about 7:10, the place was DARK, no option on the app for a refund…this location is a complete joke….do not go tho this location.

I’m a creature of habit and order the same thing everyday and the experience is great each visit. The workers are very nice & friendly. Service is efficient. I like Natasha is always motivating and teaching her team to Dunkin’s standards:)

I'm always a early person for them say 6am. They always have a smile on and have never messed up my order and always gotten hot coffee. This is my favorite coffee stop.
The manager Talesha/Talisha is very unprofessional. My child was starting to work there and had started her videos. When trying to sign the parent consent form, we tried to contact her to see what day I could come to sign. After 3 days there was still no reply. Go up there and she basically said my child wasn't telling her things ahead of time but really was trying to say my child was lying. When I asked why you never replied back, she said she got a new phone so she couldn't contact her. Maybe it's just me but common sense would tell me to find her contact info on her file or application and tell her she's no longer needed at Dunkin Donuts. She basically waisted our time and if this is what you have as a manager, there is more work you'll have to do. She needs to go back to training herself. Will be calling corporate!
