I have come to this Dunkin plenty of times before 5:00 this morning just happened to be one of those mornings. On the app it says 4:30 so assuming people were there I ordered my coffee and arrived at this location. When I pulled up nobody was in there so I drove off to go pick some drinks from the gas station. I came back to see if maybe somebody was in there and it’s 5:16 and nobody still isn’t in. I had to drive off and go to work which I was late to when I pulled off someone that was working there was standing outside. I will happily not be going back. If there’s anyway I can get my money back that would be greatly appreciated.

Driving through MS found this adorable WALK UP/DRIVE THRU Dunkin! They need more of these across the US! They were fast, efficient and we even got to sit outside and enjoy our breakfast croissants. Loved this Dunkin!

I frequent this location daily but this morning was the worse, my sandwich was luke warm and the croissant was hard, the 4 hash browns were very dark and oily, taste like the grease was old. Very disappointing

I would love to give a better review on this location. But I simply can't. The food was okay. But the service was horrible. The woman who took my order was pushy and very rude. She got upset when I didn't see the different options of the wrap and continued to say the options in a very huffy way. When I got to the window to pay for my food, I had only ordered 1 wrap. Apparently there was two, I kindly said "oh I just wanted one." The same lady who took my order and made my food said in the background, "she ordered two, what is she talking about, uggghh." If you don't like your job don't work there.

I would give this place five stars for their drinks and food assortments and their employees but trying to get in touch with this establishment is like pulling teeth. I called five times in a row and it just rang and rang and rain till someone hung up, all to tell these people that they got my order wrong and I have an appointment I have to be at so I will have to come by and get a new one after the appointment is over. They need to work on answering the phone, especially when there was absolutely no one in line when I left. I never leave reviews but I'm just trying to get this rectified.

This place is GARBAGE, I ordered and paid on the app around 7pm…arrive about 7:10, the place was DARK, no option on the app for a refund…this location is a complete joke….do not go tho this location.
I really like this location. I mobile order nearly every Sunday and they always get my drink right and are so nice. Even when they’re busy I think they do a great job.

I’m a creature of habit and order the same thing everyday and the experience is great each visit. The workers are very nice & friendly. Service is efficient. I like Natasha is always motivating and teaching her team to Dunkin’s standards:)

I'm always a early person for them say 6am. They always have a smile on and have never messed up my order and always gotten hot coffee. This is my favorite coffee stop.
