Well, the food was very tasty as always. This time I had ordered several different sandwiches that were all made with different ingredients. Every sandwich was exactly the way I had ordered it. Very impressive when most restaurants have a drive-through. It’s normally not made to perfection like FIRE HOUSE delivers 100% satisfaction.

We love this Firehouse - not only are they close to home and work, but their service is friendly, accommodating, and they are quick and accurate with our orders. Today I wanted to redeem points to get the large cajun chicken, but the app wouldn't allow me to redeem for that sandwich. The young man at the counter allowed me to redeem for another sandwich and had the crew make the cajun chicken for me anyway. I appreciated this small gesture very much - this is something simple that not every fast food restaurant will do for you. Keep up the great work OB Firehouse!!!

Second time order was incomplete, tried to get a refund on missing items. Manager was rude and bitchy. Congratulations lost my business. Everyone makes mistakes but with the attitude of staff they won’t last long

They were very slow at making the food and we were the only ones in the place. And when we got the food, was cold. ALSO, there was one worker that kept yelling and screaming and cussing and I had my kid in there with me. Like when I say screaming , I mean yelling at the top of his lungs at the other works acting “funny” I assume… and he would look at us and keep going . Or looked at us and said “someone’s gonna get fired” he was just really inappropriate.
