Fowl N Out Olive Branch MS

Our first visit was great. We had the 5 whole wing combos. Be ready for a left over box, we should have shared! I had the honey BBQ and he had the mild hot. Both were excellent. The fry portion was very generous as well. The wait was too bad for fresh food and the service was friendly! We will be back for sure.

I ordered a to go order today, was told a 15 minute wait. After 20 minutes I asked for an update and they said they hadn’t started on it yet. I waited until 32 minutes since the order and they said they were dropping the chicken. I asked for a refund, they were busy and I wasn’t frustrated. They got defensive about that, saying I should understand that they only have two people in the kitchen. The young lady at the counter obviously had no experience with customer service, and proceeded to look at her phone instead of telling I was good to leave and that the manager would process the refund. Although I was looking forward to trying the food, I will never be back to this place.

Rating 1/5. Walked in no greeting or anything . Ordered our food on the Kiosk and waited for our food for 30-45 min just find out the kiosk machine doesn’t work and our order was never placed. No note was placed indicating that prior to putting in the order . Asked for manager and the manager wasn’t even in the building. Super inconvenient.

Went in yesterday for take out and ended up waiting almost an hour for my food. And no it was not busy at all. I was the only person in there besides one walk in who came in after me got her food before me. Then I get home and the seasoned wings were pretty much burnt and had so much seasoning on them we had to wipe them off with napkins and they still weren't good after that. The fried okra was also burnt. I didn't see a manager on duty and it seemed the workers in the back were just walking around talking until I asked where my food was. I was pretty disappointed since we love this place we spent 50 bucks on food and our dinner was horrible. Shame really

We had the burgers and fried pickles. So good! The service was friendly and prompt. Very busy place, they are serious about their food. The portions are large and again so good! We will certainly go back next time we are in town!

Ordered the Honey Cajun whole wings twice now I could literally live off of those!

From the time I entered the door I was greeted and welcomed. I struggled with deciding what I wanted but the cashier was patient, pleasant, and helped give me suggestions. I settled on the cheeseburger combo and my goodness it was one of the best burgers I’ve had in a long time. Everything was fresh and seasoned. I truly enjoyed my meal and I will be back to try other things soon… P.S the burger was big enough to feed 2 full grown adults! lol

We ordered wings & apps for delivery & did they ever deliver! I immediately grabbed a fried green tomato & had an audible crunch on my first bite! I expected a bit of sog when ordering apps for delivery, but I was taken aback at the crispy wings with juicy insides! The flavors were great- wish we'd tried more! Loved the Cajun Zing & Sweet Heat!

Delicious food! Green tomatoes apetizers were yummy! We had party wings, catfish and chicken tenders. They all were amazingly fresh cooked. Prices bery reasonable. We highly recommend!!

I went on 6/24 around 3. I called Mt order in. The lady that answered the phone was rude. When I arrived she was still rude stupid acting. My fries were old and burnt.

Today My daughter and her two friends wanted wings for a movie night. We decided to stop by Fowl N Out and the food was delicious. The staff was friendly and professional and this has to be the best hotwing place I've had in a very long time. We will be back. Thank you for a great experience!
