I ordered three meals for my family when I received the food. To my dismay, the fries were cold, and the burgers were equally cold. It felt like everything had been sitting there for a couple of hours. There was no apology from the staff. I would rate this restaurant a 0 out of 10 and would not recommend it to anyone.

The young ladies are very nice and very friendly and make sure your food is very fresh and it’s very clean there I love it and being a truck driver being able to get a hot meal and a friendly atmosphere is very nice

I went here for desserts for the family. I ordered a shake for myself, dirt and worms for my son, and another shake for my wife. They let me order, but after I pay at the window she tells me they don't have certain ingredients for either shake, and since I had already paid she recommended some other things. Not only did they suck, but they were also concretes and not shakes, and payed for mediums but they gave me smalls. Common now...

The girl was nice enough, but I eventually just took whatever I could get and left. At 7 dollars a piece of whatever they were you'd expect better...

So disappointed Drive thru. Not sure what was happening this evening. Bought 2 hot fudge sundays & 1 brownie sunday delight. Asked for extra fudge on both sundays. Didn't get that because I didnt get fudge at all. I guess they either didn't understand that chocolate syrup and fudge are not the same or they were out of fudge and just didnt tell us. Either way my overpriced sundays Sucked! Thanks for ruining my dessert guys! PS there were other mishaps but the sundays were the worse. Do better, please!

They don’t get your order right ever. Paying $32 for 2 meals includes half your fries literally it’s half full. They put extra onions instead of extra jalapeños u asked twice for at the speaker. Sandwich shoved halfway in the box.each and hanging out cut in half every time so we’ll go somewhere else. Too expensive for the food to be this way.

They cook with seed oils and meat not that good 🤔

This joint has been trashed by these rude and horrible workers. They are running the stores down to the ground. I wonder if the corporate office don’t care ruining Freddy’s brand and reputation. What a shame.

So my daughter and I came in after her softball game. Everyone working were working super hard and I made a mistake and ordered the wrong thing and fixed MY MISTAKE immediately. It was a great experience and it’s our new after softball spot!!
