Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

So disappointed Drive thru. Not sure what was happening this evening. Bought 2 hot fudge sundays & 1 brownie sunday delight. Asked for extra fudge on both sundays. Didn't get that because I didnt get fudge at all. I guess they either didn't understand that chocolate syrup and fudge are not the same or they were out of fudge and just didnt tell us. Either way my overpriced sundays Sucked! Thanks for ruining my dessert guys! PS there were other mishaps but the sundays were the worse. Do better, please!

They don’t get your order right ever. Paying $32 for 2 meals includes half your fries literally it’s half full. They put extra onions instead of extra jalapeños u asked twice for at the speaker. Sandwich shoved halfway in the box.each and hanging out cut in half every time so we’ll go somewhere else. Too expensive for the food to be this way.

They cook with seed oils and meat not that good 🤔

This joint has been trashed by these rude and horrible workers. They are running the stores down to the ground. I wonder if the corporate office don’t care ruining Freddy’s brand and reputation. What a shame.

So my daughter and I came in after her softball game. Everyone working were working super hard and I made a mistake and ordered the wrong thing and fixed MY MISTAKE immediately. It was a great experience and it’s our new after softball spot!!

If come to this location, there’s a 99.999999% chance they will get your order wrong. Has happened almost every time we’ve gone to this location.

Drive thru was super slow, 30+ minutes, but it was worth the wait. Food was hot and delicious. I ordered a patty melt but received a regular cheeseburger - it was delicious, just not what I wanted. It was pouring down rain and we were already back on I22 before I realized it was wrong - no turning back. The onion rings were sooo fine dipped in the spicy Freddy sauce.

- Guess it’s time to find another burger spot since the employees are to busy getting high in the parking lot. Clearly seen a young woman with glasses and a slim male employee smoking (NOT CIGARETTES or any legal substance ) during the lunch rush.. 2pm is still broad daylight. We can see you. Next time get tint your windows just as dark as your car..

Really disappointed the last three times we've been there the floors are either slick as grease or just completely grimy and nasty You have different condiments built on the floor no one's cleaning them up the restaurants just in poor cleaning condition the food this past time was really subpar. I think, they need, new management or more concerned and caring employees
