This was my mother-in-law's favorite place to eat so after her funeral about 40 of our family came here to eat. Everything went really smoothly for so many people. We were also very impressed that Oscar (not sure if he's the owner or manager) came to mom's service. We've eaten here for years and it's the best by far. In fact, when my daughter, who lives out west, gets off an airplane, she comes here before even seeing us!!!
First time coming here and definitely will be back. Absolutely love the bartender ! He's definitely top tier although he said there is NO set bartender. Food always comes super fast, it's good, and is always hot. I wish I would've got his name. I will update as soon as I do ?.

Having eaten at both a few times now, I gotta say Viejo Vallarta across the road has much better food.
I don't like that the steak used for fajita here are just tiny little pieces of beef (leftovers?) instead of strips of steak. The salsa is just tomato sauce mixed with hotsauce, no onion or cilantro.
When I eat Mexican food this where I usually go. I've never paid attention to the price, I usually just pay and sign. Today, 4/27/24, I paid more attn to the price. I inquired about it. I asked what the nca fee was for, and she said card. I said, "How is the food a different price than what you originally said?" I asked for a receipt, as opposed to only the card receipt. It took the young lady a min to print the receipt as she was tapping on the screen trying her best to come up with a price that matched, but was unsuccessful. Again, the price on the receipt was higher than the card receipt. I tried getting an explanation, and I asked which receipt was the correct one. She said the receipt she had just given me which was the itemized receipt. I said we'll, that's not what you charged. I asked again, so which receipt is the correct receipt, and she pointed to the card receipt. I said to her, "You just said the other one (itemized) was the correct one." She did not know what to say or think. The manager and a waiter were standing there also, and the manager could not explain. The waiter looked at it and could not as well. Everyone was looking crazy and dumb in the face. I told them not to be trying to sneak extra charges in there for more money because I know how much taxes are, and I also know how to do math, and it did not equal out to the charge she gave me with taxes and nca charge. From now on, IF I return, I will be paying close attention to the fess, and for anyone else that goes, be sure to do the same.
