I Love this location. ALL of the employees are the nicest all the time. I needed a large breakfast order for work on Valentine's Day. They made me the heart shaped biscuits with sausage and put the egg on the side (for picky coworkers ). Everything was packed and ready when I arrived with jelly's, napkins and coupons. They ROCKED and me look like a superstar. They are my morning stop during the week and I totally recommend them.
Very good sandwich, freshly made. The service was Luke warm. You could tell that this location is short-handed. You really couldn't sit down the seating area was prepped for closing.

The food was really good for fast food, but the service was very lacking. The guy when taking our order and when taking our payment at the window wasn't friendly at all. He very much showed how much he hated his job and didn't want to be there. We were there for breakfast 1/2/25

11-11-2024 ordered food for inside went to get ice for my drink both machines out of ice no napkins available anyware do not offer French toast sticks for the 2 for 5 deal and employees standing around doing nothing but watching the news on the TV. times sure have changed store #1506137

Hardees in Olivebranch is the place. First of all, the bathroom was spotless!! That's the first thing I look at. And KT the shift Manager was very polite! Thank you
10am breakfast and the line was slow along with drive through. Food was as expected for a fast food chain. Not hot but not cold, greesy, and okay-ish. The restaurant was clean and neat. Employees lacked a sense of urgency. Watched one employee take food out to a car literally dragging her feet with every step.

I have been so disappointed in this store. Being from Tupelo area and always having a Hardee's, I was so excited when they opened. After 3 visits hoping it would get better, I'm done. Sunday the biscuits were horrible and hard and the hash rounds were soggy and nasty.

I sat on n the drive thru for about 20 minutes waiting for my order to be taken and it was three cars behind me waiting also and no one never took my order so I pulled out of line thinking it was busy but not one car was at that window now I don’t know what they were doing in there but they lost a lot of customers in drive thru today

My star is no longer a smiley face. The star is there for a purpose it was supposed to make your dreams come true but when I ordered; Hardee's became one of my worst nightmares. The management was obnoxious and the food was bad for my health. I cannot enjoy stale fries and burnt chicken fingers along with old buns on my hamburger dude come on what are y'all doing in there ???? Feeding people out of the trash ??? Everybody else probably had way better experience back when it first opened but as the time flies people become lazy and forget about cleaning the dishes and stuff. The men in the back are nasty as hell probably ran to the bathroom without washing their hands. Nobody don't care anymore it's all about money.
