I ordered a super bacon biscuit and then paid extra to add sausage patty and they gave me a a regular sausage bacon biscuit which is not the same cost wise. Also the chicken biscuit was seasoned horribly and was burnt. Also people here had attitudes. Never again.

I stopped at Hardee's this afternoon to pick up lunch for my co-workers and the customer service was PHENOMENAL. Lisa was on top of absolutely everything. We know how it can be to order for multiple people and the order comes up with something missing or wrong. Not on her watch, she double-checked my order, and the hospitality was top tier. Both the staff and Mrs. Lisa were incredible!! Go check them out for superior service and hot food. Thank y'all.

My burger had no seasoning on it and it was lukewarm. Almost cold. Lettuce was brown. Zero appeal at all. Sloppily put together with the bacon sticking out instead of being broken in half to fit on the sandwich. It was that precooked bacon with no flavor. I'd give it zero stars if possible. I've had better out of a freezer.The facilities, well, despite there being a dispenser for soap and hand sanitizer, there was nothing in either one of them. So frustrating. I wish I had stopped at McDonald's. I will not be back to Hardee's. Maybe they will see this and do better. They may need a new manager at this location. ?
Breakfast at Hardee's... hard to beat for fast food. Will always go back, but this main door locking is getting old. And the excuse that it's just stuck...come on. Still 4 stars, but cmon management, let's help the ppl working these restaurants with some better pay or some kind of incintive for new hires so the ones who actually will work are not ran ragged and have lobby help

Decided to give Hardee’s another try - staff was nice , dining room was ok - not sure why chairs were still up on the high top - drink machine supplies were low. I understand dining room may not be utilized often but this makes a very cold and unwelcoming environment. I decided to order food to go - kitchen seemed to not be making fresh food as it was pretty quiet . Saw one guy assembling orders . I knew I should have checked but … when I got home , chicken sandwich was drowned in Mayo and looked pitiful . I got tenders Nashville hot and all they did was sprinkle the seasoning on a few old tenders . Fries were super soggy and cold . Disappointed.Counter staff was nice so I was kinda expecting more

My husband just left Hardee's he ordered two HB Chicken and tenders. The girl who took his order. He said was outstanding. My recipts says Cassandra. ? He said she came out and let him know they accidentally made one sandwich and had to make another. She offered him something to drink while he waited another 5 minutes on sandwich. She kept apologizing. He said he appreciated the great customer service she gave him. She showed she cared and made him smile. KEEP UP THE GREAT CSR. PEOPLE NOW DAYS DOES NOT CARE. WE WILL BE COMING BACK. ALSO FOOD WAS GREAT. FRIES WERE FRESH AND HOT. ?
