Just left the store with the new fill up box. Waited out front like they asked. Took forever and I finally went in, after everyone was leaving after me with family boxes. My food was not warm. And missing fries and 8 nuggets out of the 20. At this point I just left rather than say anything bc lord knows if I said I was upset I’d be a “Karen”. Last time I came I said I would never come again. I don’t know why I forgot. I guess it was years ago so it clouded my judgement.

When you place an online order for pickup to deliver to a sick family and the workers duck below the counter instead of bringing you your order that is ready, that is poor service. Having to sit in the 15 car deep drive thru line instead of getting 1 car out of the way is ridiculous. Also, not answering the phone is uncalled for. The food is now cold and soggy for this family.. Customer service is lacking and needs improvement.

I know KFC is a little greasy, but the chicken appeared to be soaking in the container. The chicken was terrible, it looked like smothered chicken instead of fried. Oh and the service was terrible also, very rude.

Stopped by this location to try the egg rolls that my friend said were very good. There were three under the heat lamp which the cashier rang up. After ringing the order I noticed a fresh batch coming up & asked if I could have them instead. The cashier had on gloves which she touched everything with including handling filthy money. The cashier returned the original 3 back to the heat lamp with her gloved hand contaminating the food. I was appalled at this and made note to NEVER visit this place again. Calls to management have been unsuccessful. Oh, BTW, my egg rolls wet very tasty.
