Huey's Olive Branch

The food was great but when it came time for the check, I saw there was an automatic 18% gratuity added. I just went there a couple days ago and gratuity wasn't added so I thought maybe it was our party size. We were a party of 4 so I looked at the menu and it said gratuity is added to parties of 7 or more so I was baffled at that but ended up letting it go. I don't want to make any assumptions on why but I usually tip 25% or more when I eat out but I was just like oh well the waitress just shortchanged herself.

Consistent food in a lively sports bar. I had the cheesesteak with waffle sweet potato fries. Both were excellent. Great restaurant choice if you have young kids. The noise will drown out their noise!

Beat damn cheeseburger,Ever!

First off, let me start off by saying this is my first time ever having to leave a bad review let me thank MsCandyB for giving my friends and I such bad customer service last night. I will not say that it was anything dealing with race but what I will say is she may have been tired, which is understandable especially coming from someone who is also in the food industry. I know the importance of great customer service and unfortunately, that is not what my friends and I experience last night let me not forget to mention that we waited for our food a little over an hour, we ordered two orders of smash burgers, one with onion rings, one with fries, another burger, no side and also an order buffalo wings with fries. After about 30 minutes, we noticed our food still have yet to come out we tried twice to get Miss Candy b attention. She did not respond, but we did see her engaging with two other larger parties. We had a young man to come over to bring us our appetizer we asked him Could he bring us out more drinks because we did not like the sweet tea after we sat there another 30 minutes we was finally able to get her attention. She then told us that the reason why our food was taking so long Was because she was waiting on our three orders of burgers and the order of buffalo wings got cold and she had to re-drop the wings.That was understandable but the non-communication is with rubbed me the wrong way. Communication is everything let's keep that in mind.

My friends and I came in and immediately noticed that the energy was off. We immediately heard “who section is this” with an attitude as soon as we sat down as if they were already upset about having to service us THREE hours before closing. It took forever for our server to even take our order. She was extremely dismissive with our table yet we noticed she was very friendly and overly nice to the other tables. She put the drinks on the table and didn’t even care if we had the right drink. We noticed her check on multiple other tables but never stopped at ours. We started to notice people who sat down after us got their food before us. Tables with much larger parties. We waited for an hour and a half for 3 burgers and an order of wings. We expressed that we would just like our food made to go because of the long wait and she admitted that it was a long wait offered no apology or anything. She said she was waiting on the burgers but the wings got cold while waiting on the burgers so she made them redrop the wings. It would have helped if she communicated this with us but instead she did not. We were left wondering why we were waiting an hour & a half it wasn’t until we asked that she told us why. I’ve never experienced this at any other location. Food was terrible and COLD even after waiting!

Service was absolutely horrible! We set for an hour with no food server kept walking past us assisting every table but didn't come give us an update on food until we asked for to go boxes and tickets !

My husband had catfish, and I had the Philly cheese steak. Both were very good. Staff was outstanding.

The fried pickles were great. Also tried the Bluff City Burger. Great service and the food came out quick.

Delicious food. Friendly staff.

Great experience. Waitress was on her game no drink left empty and checked on us multiple times even though place was packed. And the food i mean it's Huey's can never go wrong with anything on that menu

If in OB, great bar food

Huey’s is amazingly consistent from location to location both with the food and devote. Sure enough there’s the prescriptions sign, crutch in the ceiling and a sink on the wall. Great burger and onion rings which you should always get if your a first timer and then the Steak Stick. Superb service by Aleaha. Enjoy.

Add on fee for take out is ridiculous!!!! Card service down, cash only.

Meet a friend here for dinner. It’s a slightly rustic atmosphere, but service was great and the food was good. I’ll definitely return on future visits.

Huge shoutout to Jenny! She served us and she was hands down the best server we have ever had! I had the vegan burger and it was delicious!! Both of our dishes were great. We were just passing through and will definitely stop in again if we are in town.
