We might go back, just not in a hurry to return. We came on a Saturday morning, and it felt like they were short staffed, our server was serving the whole side of the building, so we were just being patient even though we did get empty on drinks. I personally feel like the manager should have been helping her run food and get refills since she was so overwhelmed. The food was what you'd expect at Ihop, nothing fancy, but we could tell that it day under the heart lamp a little long as the eggs got a little dry and the pancakes were a little mushy like they've been sitting for a while. I really feel like if the server had help, our experience would have been so much better. The restaurant itself needs a good deep clean, on the surface it looked good, but under the tables wer sticky, the window ledges had dust on them, and the floors under the legs of the tables had old food bits under them. With some good cleaning and better staging, this location could be up there with a 5 star. I'll go back in a bit to do another review, and see if they get it cleaned up.

Nash killed it. Poor guy was bravely killin himself for his customers too. We were patient and he went above and beyond to deliver an outstanding international experience making do as the only front of house worker at 1:30am even though we were the only two people eating there. Had stacks.

Sadly the mgr has no idea how to run store or ge is not welcoming to Vets 45 minutes wait, a waitress stated she is taking off next year, a hostess staring looking lost when she can wipe tables down so we can at least be seated THEN WE SIT AND STANND 45 MINUTES AND FOOD IN WINDOW 20 MINITES WHILE THE HOSYESS STARES

I went for breakfast with my family today, as we like to visit this place occasionally, but the experience is always the same: the service from the waitstaff is very poor. I’ve been here before, and I always end up waiting longer than normal, even when the restaurant isn’t busy. Today was worse than ever; I waited over 20 minutes, and they didn’t even ask what I wanted to drink. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT terrible service every time I’ve been.
