This is the last time! I have had it with Ihop at this location in Olive Branch. Every time I place order online, it has never been ready when I arrive to pick it up. There is never anyone at the counter to ask for help when picking up orders. On Friday, 8/22/25, I placed an order online at 10:07 a.m. On the site, I sent a notification that I was on my way at 11:10 a.m. and arrived at the restaurant at 11:25 a.m. My order was not ready when I arrived and I had to wait nearly 25 minutes before I finally got it. They had enough time to prepare my order. My order should have been packed up and ready to go when I got there.

10:30 Sunday a.m. No clean tables except a couple of two seaters (not enough room ffor food.) Host said he would send someone to clean table. Left after waiting 7 minutes. Imagine how long the food service would take.

Please teach your waitstaff to not stand over customers after delivering the check to be signed. This is rude and an attempt to intimidate the customer into a bigger tip. I didn’t tip more or less than I would have normally, so all she got out of the deal with a pissed off customer, a bad review, and to go home immediately after she took my payment. So rude.

French toast is delicious so was the big breakfast burrito but my eggs were overcooked as well as toast being hard. Also service was lacking at the beginning of our stay, it DID improve once we got our food. Coffee was alright

The management here is terrible and u can tell the employees are miserable everybody look mad and stressed the manager I believe his name is mo he is rude I ate here a couple times and its always a bad experience he yell at his employees every few minutes when they already look stressed and u can tell the restaurant unstaffed he don’t put enough servers and cooks on the schedule so the food always take forever and get cold the servers always complaining about how they missing orders and the manager n the cooks be yelling at them and they keep messing up people orders its sad the servers get paid 2 dollars an hour to deal wit ts and they be playing with they tips one time it was ants crawling down the wall in my food and I heard one of the servers say the manager yelled at her table over a booth and they didn’t tip her bc of it these servers don’t get paid enough to deal with that bs and us customers be paying too much for them to be playing with our food the exploiting they employees

Road my scooter in while it was pouring rain for a hot meal. The staff was very friendly and visited with me while I stayed which felt like a piece of my hometown while I was here for work!

Ordered food for delivery Monday night june 10th 12:06am from olivebranch location they for got the pancakes. When I called and asked about it she just said they wasn't done yet no refund or order replacement just hang up after I asked for manager.
