First time at Jack’s. Seen a lot of commercials while on vacation. Figured needed to try it before we get home. Took a detour to this shop in Olive Branch. Staff was amazingly friendly, anttentive and professional and for me was the highlight. The food was really good. A little on the salty side. Sweet tea on the super sweet side. Price was great.

6/1/25 Time 18:30 The food today was absolutely horrible the chicken was old . Jacks normally have chicken that’s good, but this time it’s not. The young lady who took my order gave me the wrong order and sat down in the lobby, it’s seem she was more focused on taking a break than to get my order right . The chicken has been sitting out for too long probably due to lack of customers. Staff members need better training and need to be more serious I understand they are teens, but it’s still a job. Possibly will not return if no improvement are made.
It's ok, but don't expect anything above mediocre. Mostly teens running the place, so expect to see horseplay and goofing off. Cleanliness could be better. The parking lot is empty of cars most times I drive by. It's definitely not a place to go out of your way for.

I've ordered from here many times and the food is good. However what is the point of ordering on the app and it's says ready in 10 minutes, but you arrive there and it's never ready. This is every time not once or twice. Half the time they can't find your order and you wait 10 to 20 minutes for them to prepare it. I have seen people walk in , order at the counter and get their order before mine. Ridiculous!!
