I've ordered from here many times and the food is good. However what is the point of ordering on the app and it's says ready in 10 minutes, but you arrive there and it's never ready. This is every time not once or twice. Half the time they can't find your order and you wait 10 to 20 minutes for them to prepare it. I have seen people walk in , order at the counter and get their order before mine. Ridiculous!!

I ordered my food online at 3;05pm. I live in Memphis and that's a thirty five minutes drive. When I got there at 3:35 my order wasn't ready. The cashier asked me to pull forward and it still took twenty minutes for them to bring my food. The burger was good just too salty. I backed back to the window and asked about my online order, the manager I assume that's who she was had a little attitude and said pull back up! This was my second time stopping because I had the burger the day before and it was really good. So that's why I stopped again today service was very good yesterday. But not today.

Please retrain the Supervisor or manager on last night shift time between 6:30pm to 7:30. Was very dangerous for your young employees due to him taking orders parking them to side to were their had to be 8 vehicles. Your young staff outside walking between cars going to wrong cars .. This guy seems more concern about window times that a simple salad was pulled off too wait . This can not be you guys Business Model sending all those orders out by hand in the dark . I told the guy this is Unsafe for his staff but he was head down and unconcerned. Please guys this is not safe for No one . Please look into this or their will be a bad incident at this location. 10-4-2024
Staff was a little overworked since there were a couple new trainees when we went, and as a result the food was lacking just a bit. overall the last few times I've gone prior it's been amazing! I had to leave this review though because even though they were swamped, their passion for making sure everything was taken care of as quickly and efficiently as possible was impressive for a fast food chain!
Vegetarian options: Some items on the menu, such as salads can be modified to meet your needs.
Wheelchair accessibility: The tables and booths are set up to allow plenty of room for wheelchair access, and a wheelchair ramp is easily accessible to allow entry into the store. the bathroom doors are a little on the heavy side for me personally, but the doors can still be opened.
