I can absolutely count on fresh, high quality food when I go to Jason’s. I wish I could say the same about their customer service. Waited 7 minutes at the drive thru windows before ever being greeted. And the only greeting I got was telling me what my total was. There was no apology for the wait time and not even a slight grin from the employee. She looked like she’d rather be somewhere else doing anything else other than serving me. I do not understand why there isn’t more gratitude for having a job and having customers that make your job possible. Ungratefulness in the customer service industry in our area is an epidemic!

I had a pickup order. I was astonished that I could sit in on my next visit. The lights were dim, creating a very cozy atmosphere; my type of vibe. Minimal patrons were there. The food was 1000/10. Customer service was great. We ordered the beef Cheddar sandwich, turkey club, Ceasars salad, and meatball sub. Everything was packaged nicely. Overal 10/10. It's kind of pricey, but I'm fine with spending more for a great experience.

So, let's just say that this review is a touch unconventional. In 2017, my fiancé and I decided on a Sunday night that we were going to get married the next day. So down to the courthouse we went, that Monday, and got all the paperwork done. A friend of ours was ordained and we decided if he wouldn't mind he would marry us. Well, by the time we got everything done it was around lunch so we met him and his family at Jason's Deli. ( this is a now closed down location and not this one) Right there at our table, our friend married us. Our marriage license is signed in electric blue ink. 🤣 Though I have always longed for a big wedding with all the bells and whistles, the Pomp and Circumstance doesn't matter when you know this is the person you're going to be with forever. This past May, we celebrated 8 years. We try to visit one whenever we are close. (we live 2 hours away from all locations 🥲) The food here is most excellent and the service is top notch. Till this day we have deli sandwiches on our anniversary. Our wedding day will forever be etched in my memory. We will definitely be back soon!

We have always loved this place, last week we walked in and stood at the counter for over 15-20 minutes while someone’s order was being taken, everyone saw us standing there, no one decided to help the cashier, then more people walked in and the only cashier decided it would be a great idea to take the people’s order who had just walked in ahead of ours. Not only that but the cashier had a sorry attitude as well. We walked out. Very disappointed, this type of service and attending demeanor will run customers away
I came to this restaurant tonight I don't know what time they close since I sat down I just have 1/2 place then the worker try to clear the bar out and I saw the tray have little bread left I run go get but to late she dump away if they think too late to take customer in so just don't accept and second thing worker brought son in restaurant running around restaurant unprofessional hopefully and need to replace new manager also bc he didn't know how to run business

I always visit Jason Deli Olive Branch it is always clean, the food is always great never an issue. I have had the pleasure of interacting with Walter Turley several times he also greets me with a smile and maje suggestions of items on the menu that have been spot on. Everyone is great there!

I buy the Nutty mixed up salad at least once a week. Each time I order it, I am charged $14.70 for it. So I expect it to be made correctly each time; making it right sometimes is unacceptable. Today I ordered the Nutty Mixed up salad online @ 2:06 to be ready for pick up at 2:23. I picked it up around 2:40. When I got home and prepared to eat it at 6:00, I discovered that there were no NUTS on my NUTTY Salad!! I called to speak with a manager and was left on HOLD for 10:29minutes. I hung up and remained upset. I did not want to drive back to the store to get a hand full of walnuts. I wanted the nuts to be on my salad when I completed my purchase for the NUTTY salad. I wanted management to be aware of the incident but they just put me on hold for 10:29 and ignored me. I even did a screenshot of how long I was on hold with Jason Deli. The only reason I buy that salad is because it has nuts on it. How do you make a nutty salad and forget to put the nuts on it. I think I’m done!!

Jason’s Delis are sort of an old standard but this one was very sub par. Service was horrible. Took 20 min to get our food and we were one of 3 tables in the entire restaurant. Salad bar which is our usual “go to” was dirty and not well kept. We ordered off the menu and the sandwiches were eh.
