I always visit Jason Deli Olive Branch it is always clean, the food is always great never an issue. I have had the pleasure of interacting with Walter Turley several times he also greets me with a smile and maje suggestions of items on the menu that have been spot on. Everyone is great there!

I buy the Nutty mixed up salad at least once a week. Each time I order it, I am charged $14.70 for it. So I expect it to be made correctly each time; making it right sometimes is unacceptable. Today I ordered the Nutty Mixed up salad online @ 2:06 to be ready for pick up at 2:23. I picked it up around 2:40. When I got home and prepared to eat it at 6:00, I discovered that there were no NUTS on my NUTTY Salad!! I called to speak with a manager and was left on HOLD for 10:29minutes. I hung up and remained upset. I did not want to drive back to the store to get a hand full of walnuts. I wanted the nuts to be on my salad when I completed my purchase for the NUTTY salad. I wanted management to be aware of the incident but they just put me on hold for 10:29 and ignored me. I even did a screenshot of how long I was on hold with Jason Deli. The only reason I buy that salad is because it has nuts on it. How do you make a nutty salad and forget to put the nuts on it. I think I’m done!!

Jason’s Delis are sort of an old standard but this one was very sub par. Service was horrible. Took 20 min to get our food and we were one of 3 tables in the entire restaurant. Salad bar which is our usual “go to” was dirty and not well kept. We ordered off the menu and the sandwiches were eh.
My first and very last time at this location. Horrible customer service and they ignore the customers. I did NOT order. I was in line and there were 2 open registers. I went to the next available register and the employee walked away without acknowledging me or saying a word. I waited at the register for 5 minutes and when they finally acknowledged me, they told me that someone else would take my order. The other cashier had a long line that I had just waited in. After they finally approached me and I decided that I was not going to wait in line AGAIN, then they same guy who was there at first took over the SAME cash register where I stood and waited after the two rude ladies walked away as if I had not been there. He did not try to take my order and he did not acknowledge me or apologize! He just began taking orders at the same register. UNBELIEVABLE!!!

The manager is an a late aged white lady with medium length brown hair, a long sad face, and she wears glasses. She is SUPER rude and short with me everytime I've had to interact with her. Safe to say, her customer service and hospitality is nonexistent.
I didn't eat anything, I only came in to pick up a DD order. But the employees were very friendly and helpful. I mean, the food must be pretty good because the place was poppin. Lol

The female manager is very rude. She took my order and heard me request extra condiments for my meal, which I was charged for.before pulling off I asked is everything in the bag, to which she replied absolutely. When I got home to feed my family several of the condiments I requested were missing. I called and asked to speak to the manager and was told to please hold because we are super busy. Okay no problem. The manager gets on the phone with me just to accuse me of lying about some missing condiments. I was just calling to let her know that I was missing those things and would like her to place a note on my account for me not to be charged extra the next time I order. But instead she said I’ll do it this time…this time?? So you’re doing me a favor? No ma'am. I wasn’t lying about my order therefore I don’t need a favor. Then she tried to use her position as leverage and came off as condescending saying I’m the manager and I know I am right. We all make mistakes ma’am and in this case it was on you. She tried to talk over me, she even raised her a voice a little bit and I had to tell her that I won’t be back so don’t worry about replacing something that you shouldn’t have messed up. People please grow up and humble yourselves. Your doors would not be opened if it weren’t for the customers. You need us way more than we will ever need you.

I have eaten at 3 Jason's Deli Memphis locations but my favorite was the Olive Branch location until I dined-in there about 2pm on 13 Nov 2024. I always get the full-size Beefeater sandwich which is one of the signature meals. Due though to continuous, outrageous price hikes for this meal I had not eaten here in over a year. But I am writing now to warn everyone that my meal this time was horrendously terrible in both food quality & taste. The food & customer service were BOTH miserable. The roast beef was tough, chewy & full of fat. To such an extent, regularly I spit out hardened pieces. I tried to soften the roast beef in the AuJus juice but nothing worked. It almost seemed to me this roast beef was reheated leftovers & definitely not freshly prepared that day. The meal was $18.54 even with their smallest drink. I am so disappointed in this massive decline in food quality & taste & the almost non-existent customer service that it is highly doubtful I will ever visit this Olive Branch location again! You have all been warned!
