Its alright but I like Firehouse Sub better or Subway.

I see they only Respond to positive reviews instead of addressing the issues with the negative post

Good Place to eat meals or sandwiches

It was my first time there. The sub was delicious. Chicken Philly!!

Order online and quick pickup often for lunch. Order is always ready and always correct. Great Food.

Food always fresh and the staff is extremely patient.

I have been ordering from them for quite awhile and this last time (last night) they made my delivery order all wrong. When I tried to call the number on my receipt I couldn't get anyone to answer. I tried again the next morning and still no answer. Very disappointed 😞.

My sandwich was fresh and delicious. First time I have put the pepper relish on my sandwich, so worth it!

In the last few months, the ratio of meat/cheese to mikes way fillers are about 1/10. Don’t know what happened, New corporate owners, franchise controls, or wanting higher profit margins. Not even close to the brand I have followed in NJ and beyond. Will be looking for a new local sandwich shop. Seems a shame.

The sandwiches are good, in general. But, it takes time to get your order. The people serving these days are slow, distracted, talking to their fellow employees, etc. instead of making your sandwich. This also leads to wasteful mistakes where parts of the sandwich have to get discarded because they made a mistake. The place is noisy and isn't a place you would choose to eat your sandwich. It is better to just get your order to go and eat where you can have a bit of peace and quiet.

The service here is above standard! From the order taker’s to cashiers this chain has figured it out

It's 745 on a Friday night 12/7/24 and when I approached counter to place my order a young lady rushed to the counter and without greetings or anything blurted out just so you know we only have wheat beard for the rest of the night,and yes it was upsetting that they didn't have white bread but I would have just walked out and moved on but her additude just came off rude and like she had already started closing up and a hour and 15 mins til close was just to close to provide customers with your service,Store seemed unkempt and maybe a bus had just came through but the vibe just felt like I was a hassle,Not Cool

All of the workers at this facility are so kind! They deserve a raise for sure, especially the sweet employee who checked me out! I love Jersey Mikes
