I got a chicken pot pie at the drive through. The only thing in the pie is carrots. It's very hard to eat & taste terrible. This is the second time this has happened. I realize the kids running this KFC could care less but you've lost my business for good .

I wish I could have given service a 0.This is my second time at this KFC during lunch hours I was told they were out of certain parts of the chicken or it's marinating and wasn't going to cook anymore that day.

Poor customer service skills and the woman at the window has a bad attitude. Food like it has been setting out too long. They don't change out the grease. When my family and I got some food there, it made us all sick.

Pcs got smaller. I never get a receipt. They don't have green beans anymore. It still tastes great . Napkins would be good
I ordered a 16 piece bucket of chicken and only received 12. So I paid extra money for chicken I didn't even receive and I live 30 minutes away and couldn't drive back to even get the rest of my chicken. I don't know who works there that can't count or read but they don't need to do buckets anymore.

Waited in the drive through for 15 minutes and they weren't taking any orders so I walked in. The 2 ladies were standing there staring at the register like they had no idea what's going on. Finally go to give my order and they tell me they don't have any tenders. It's 12:15 on a Thursday, y'all are a chicken restaurant and don't have chicken? Don't see this place lasting much longer.

When I asked for chicken tenders, “we don’t have any.” I got the vibe. They didn’t want to serve me. I left. Do not recommend. The place should be shut down.

Every single day for months now they take their time at lunch. They know a lot of people are on a time limit lunch . They only let one person order every 10 minutes in the drive through. That way everyone will leave and they don't have to wait on anyone. Today 3 cars went through in 30 minutes

I gave service 2 stars instead of one because the man at the window as great. But I ordered ranch for my nuggets, which I’ve gotten with them before and paid for ranch and didn’t get any. I’ve only gotten the ranch the first time I went to this establishment.
My food was pretty good. It was hot and fresh. Drive thru didn't take long.
