Two weeks ago they gave away my groceries, didn’t refill my grocery order due to low staffing, and gave no refund. I have done weekly Kroger grocery pickup orders for some time now. Sometimes they’re slammed/frazzled due to low staffing. That is totally understandable. It seems like a hectic job. However, the new woman they’ve put in the pickup position has been very unnecessarily rude and has very poor customer service skills. There’s a whole list of “horror stories” from myself and several people I know. I get it. Don’t do business with Kroger pickup anymore. It’s not worth the stress or headache. But I’d just like to say that I’m very disappointed in Kroger that I still haven’t gotten my refund for my order of groceries that they gave away to someone else. The only solution management had at the time of the incident was to give me a number to call to get a refund through them because they were to short staffed to fill the order again. That was November 22nd and the only thing I’ve received is an email that I’ve attached that states I’d have a refund in 7-10 days. That was 14 days ago and I haven’t heard anything else.

This store is horribly managed. Why offer pickup service if you can’t fulfill any orders? In the last month, my orders have been canceled for no reason, delayed by hours or a day, and the wait time is ridiculous.

Please update your hours on the Kroger app!! Finally got out of the house to grocery shop Friday evening about 11. Double checked the website to make sure they were open. Got there and the doors were locked. I have no problem with closing, however a corporation this size should have be able to update the hours on their own app.

I was told that Olive Branch Kroger had a new manager, so I shopped there this morning. It’s the same old same old. There were long lines, and customers were sacking there own groceries. While I was standing in line, I saw 3 managers. One called for more lines to be opened and they were. However, not one manager helped sack groceries. I guess it was beneath them. I heard one customer comment how they couldn’t find people to work. I said not so. They had good people working there for years until the previous manager came. I, personally, overheard employees being told off and snide and sarcastic comments made by said manager. Kroger has a management problem. I haven’t been there for over 2 months and haven’t missed it. I go to other stores that give me good customer service.

while I do enjoy shopping at Kroger, and the good selections are usually always good. PLEASE TEACH YOUR BAGGERS FOOD SAFETY!!!!! I unloaded my groceries and discovered they bagged my RAW CHICKEN in the same bag as my fresh veggies! They're is absolutely no reason why any raw meat should be bagged with any food items like that!

If you want to go outside to find your own cart, like places with no management, and wait in lines that extend down aisles, then this is your store.
They are not properly organized with their click list set up. Needs MASSIVE improvements and need to stop skipping people when they are there to pick up in their specific time slot.

The store has plenty of options to chose from. Items are always easy to find. Friendly employees. And always plenty of cashiers so you’re not in the line forever

Miss Stephanie definitely outdid herself! Absolutely LOVE the cake she made for my babies birthday!! She went above & beyond! Didn’t really like the taste of the frosting but the cake itself was amazing! Thank you Miss Stephanie!1/2 sheet was 44$
