Drive-thru service was horrid. The employee that worked the drive-thru was rude and shuts the window in your face before you can respond each time she has to open it. Had to yell through the window to get my drink because she handed me my bag and then shut the window on me before I could say anything. Honestly, she shut the damn window before she even finished her own sentence. Not impressed. Food was good quality.

do not come here this is the 2nd time i had a issue but they give you whatever they wanna give you , asked for chili fries making it clear not to put cheese on it and they continued to put cheese on it and i took it back & they gave me a little fries with barely any chili on it

I decided to write this review solely based on my $100 experience. Yes, you read that right. $100. Let me begin here though: my sister lives in Mckinney, TX. There are plenty of restaurants, but no Krystal's. She, her husband, and his brother have very few requests from us except to bring Krystal's when we visit. My spouse had tried previously to visit the location on Winchester to no avail. He walked in and no one even noticed he was there. Mind you, this man was craving these little steamed buns for a month prior. So we ended up at the olive branch location. When we first pulled up, the poor lady on the speaker informed us that the system was down. But again, HE CRAVED IT FOR A WHILE MONTH. And I was not about to disappoint him. So we got our order together. And this is where the $100 comes in: one sack of 24 Krystal's (to go to Texas), one sack of 12 Krystal's (to satiate the hungry beast in the passenger seat), and 12 Krystal chick's (6 for the beast and 6 for Texas). So yeah, we had one heck of an order. I had already mentally prepared myself for this wait. It was going to be a while. 15 minutes, I'm stuck in Instagram reels. 30 minutes, my tummy is starting to rumble. 35 minutes, I'm the beast now. 45 minutes, I swear they forgot us and I'm about to lose my mind. 53 minutes, here comes the employee with not one, not two, but three bags of food. She apologized for the wait and sent us on our way. I guess I just have tons of patience because just hearing her apologize made up for my hanger pains. We'll be back 🫶🏽

Dirty, poor customer service and literally every time we go there the system is down.
This has to be the worst Krystals, i have ever been too(ive been a Krystal's fanatic for over a decade). The drive thru takes ages to get thru and when i do get through it, my food is always wrong. The shortest ive been in the drive thru was 25 mins with only 3 cars in line. The longest ive been in the drive thru line was 1 hour and 15 mins(this was with 2 cars in line at 8pm)... I would have left if i had not paid. Its not like they were making my order or the customer behind me's order, one employee was on her phone by the window. By the time i did get my order, it was cold and wrong. (My order was a number 1 meal, the most basic thing on the menu)
If you have any other option to eat out besides here, go for it. Skip this Krystal's specifically.

They say they are open 24 hours but when we stoped to eat the doors was locked and then we called them twice before then stopping. When they finally opened the doors the grill was not on yet

Idk why this location has such bad reviews. Walked in this morning and it was just myself and two young ladies inside. The place was very clean and they were both polite and professional. I made my order, they made my food, all of which was great! They’re doing everything right!

Just left and the food and service was excellent. The Krystal’s were cooked perfect and fresh. We were served quickly. To be honest this is the only Krystal’s I go to.
