Called and hung up on 11/16th. Called back and received a terrible attitude while placing order. Upon arrival for pickup, Front counter employee was very pleasant. I guess the phone answering or back area person wasn't having good day. Order was ok.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! this location needs to do better… The employees are very disrespectful and will make a simple fix A BIG PROBLEM…so I called and asked if they could be light on red sauce before my dasher came to pick up my order but this MALE employee refused to do so… do better… this store should be closed permanently..

Horrible service- no greeting when i entered. When i said hi the girl at the counter just looked past me. Gave me my food and walked off. No thank you nothing. Also seemed to be on the phone or something. Very unprofessional . I don’t need the small talk but she was just plain rude

First I placed my order and they did not tell me cash only until after I placed my order.

Then an employee walks in with a bonnet on and walks to the back to get dressed i guess for her shift. I’m standing here and no one is using the faucet to wash hands. The one cashier is handling the register and going back to do food with her bare hands all while adjusting her bluetooth in her ear!!!!

I’m glad i’m only getting this for someone else! 😩😩😩

Called yesterday 9/3/25 at @4:30 pm to place my order but NO ANSWER AS THE RECORDING stated the employees were assisting other customers. I held on the line as I had cash and did not want to place the order online. I drove from my house to the restaurant on hold with No answer. I hung up the line when I exited my vehicle to enter the restaurant. There was no one in the restaurant which was totally unusual at this time of day, but there was a lady-employee standing behind the register just looking when I walked in. While placing my order another employee came from the kitchen and placed an order in the carry for customer pickup. It was so quiet at this location that I frequent on a weekly basis. The employees just refused to answer the phone and it was not due to assisting customers. Apparently there was not a manager on site at this time because I normally see him up front assisting customers with orders. You all are losing money and I would suggest you look at the employee you had on shift- up front (African American female with shoulder length box braids) yesterday at @4:30 pm. They were clearly riding the clock. This place is always busy and some customers like myself always call in my order prior to arrival.

This place has become gehtofied! Service is horrible as well as the food! Placed only a couple of toppings on my pizza. It looks ridiculous! Also when I ordered my ultimate supreme, i also ordered cheese sticks. The cheese sticks were not made fresh at all they were old from the hot and ready box!! Then after spending money they want 89 cents for one garlic butter! Then when I called to speak to a manager she wants me to get in my car waste my gas to bring it back! If these people stayed off their phones and had true customer service we wouldn't have these problems!! The bad thing is a manager from Kentucky came to straighten things out yet looks like she can't do her job either!! You just lost a customer and I'm sure more will follow! By the way I was treated and then talked to by the manager you probably could care less!!

I wanna say, I’ve been to many little Cesar’s but this one I really appreciate. Every-time I place a mobile order the pizza is always fresh and delicious. The staff is always friendly and consistent.

This is my second time within about 2 weeks getting pizza from here, the first time my pizza wasn’t even cut. And today it was cut at like the edge and that’s it. I couldn’t pull the pieces apart past the crust which would then just rip off. All with that I got the pretzel stuff crust and instead of getting the normal salt that comes out the stuff crust, it was loaded with coarse kosher like salt. And I means load. Some spots on my crust were caked with salt. I couldn’t even eat more salt than a slice because the salt made its way all over the pizza and just made it extremely salty.
