Walked in to order some lunch and nobody ever came to the counter to take an order stood there for 10 minutes and left. Won't be back but will for sure let corporate know.

Order 1042094 on 2/11. Pizza is completely flat. Gel layer on the pizza has shown in the picture meaning the dough was frozen and not proofed correctly.
Really bad tasting. Breadsticks had the same issue.
Edit: both of us ended up with food poisoning from this order.

Tonight, I went to get some pizza for my family. I took my nephews because they wanted to go in and pick out a pizza. I brought them in and the youngest started falling to the ground so I started to get concerned, and for a second I turned to look at the other two to make sure they wasn’t getting into nothing. When I turned around the youngest had thrown up on the floor , not a lot but just a couple of spots on the floor. Within that time , I looked at my phone to pay so I could take him to the car but it was dead. So I just told them kids to come on and I said out loud that I was going to the car to put my phone on charge so I can pay. Not excepting to explain everything to the coworker until I get back. There was another customer there and I guess he told her that my nephew throw up. She proceeded to come outside and ask me “Are you going to clean up your son throw up?”. Remind you I am outside dealing with my nephew who is now crying and throwing up. Then I said “yes” which is crazy because I don’t work why should I pick it up? I was coming back to pick it up anyways but don’t rush me. So I went in and told her that what she was rude and she was against it being rude. The other customer added his input into our conversation for what ? I’m not sure. I explained that I had a lot going on and it didn’t cross my mind. The customer walks out and then we have some words back in forward . She says something in the words of “I don’t have time for this , hurry up and get her food done.” We are going back and forward, then she proceeds to tell me “calm your nerves”. I didn’t mind cleaning up the throw up but the way she addressed me about picking it up was flabbergasting. I normally don’t indulge in these type of arguments but I had to get my point across. I doubt she got it though, waste of money and time. So the cleaning supply was back on the counter and she puts my food on the counter right beside it and tells me “here you go”. At that point , I was just doing dealing with the disrespect and unprofessional behavior. Worst experience ever .
There were 4 girls here being very unprofessional eating food sitting listing to music on counters laughing and talking about customers on there phones when I get out to take a picture they jumped off the counter and ranned to the back and all of them did as well they were very rude and very unprofessional food was cold not cooked all the way and bad atmosphere!

It's ok but I always order my pizza with extra sauce I love the sauce on pizza's so I order my pizza with extra and most of the time they just throw a hot and ready in there and call it extra sauce and reason I know this is I order online and no way u can get a pizza done in 2 minutes but they say they can I asked for my money back one time the woman told me she wasn't refunding my money so I left my pizza there thinking I would get it back from corporate but nope they wouldn't even respond so I'm other words they told me to take the pizza that wasn't the way I ordered it or screw u that's basically would the woman said to me I sat it down in the counter told her I didn't want that pizza I wanted what I ordered she told me I wasn't gonna come in there throwing my pizza at her and demand a dam thing from her when I sat it down never threw any thing at all so I refuse to go back to that one any more I hate to say it but really she was being racist I wish I recorded it but who knows that's about to happen but what bests it all is corporate never even acknowledged I was complaining of responded in any way what do ever so with me haven to drive further to get pizza from there I don't go nearly as much as I want to for one that store ripped me off and I refuse to go some where that picks ur pizza for u that's crazy u order it like u what that's what u pay for is what I want not a mystery pizza that's the olive branch Mississippi store I'm speaking about I go to Southaven now but live rite by olive branch store ...they still owe me money or a pizza I want never get it's been a while now so they can keep it lost them a 3 or 4 times a week customer..

I placed my order at 6:56pm Friday Sept 20th. I get a message saying my order is ready at 7:12pm. I get there about 7:16pm. Enter my code and the door opens but there is no food. I tell the lady at the counter and she looks and ask my name (which is on the screen also, mad I didn't get the pic of that also). She looks in every door there and doesn't see it. She asks me to enter it in and I do. The door opens and I'm like is it going to magically appear. She ask everybody in the back where my food was. Then she never comes back to the front. Another girl comes and asks me what happened. I tell her and she looks in all the doors and ask the people in the back. 2 min go by and she ask them are y'all making my order, they say no. She's like makes hers first. Tell me why didn't I get my simple order till 7:50. It was 2 things and what they were waiting on was a hot and ready item. I said can I at least get bread sticks since I've waited so long. She rolled her eyes at me and snarled here.
How you got an attitude with me cause I got my food 37 min late. I didn't yell or anything. It's like this is ridiculous!!

Went for hot and ready. Nothing was ready. Ordered my food, and I was told 10-15 mins. Go in 15 mins later, not ready, while waiting a young lady came and told the useless guy at the counter she had an interview. He was rude and told her the manager was not there. Then I hear rude comments coming from the back. I canceled my order and went to Domino's, which was worth the extra cost, and the service was excellent.

So this company called me and said they didnt have cheese and told me the order would be canceled. Many minutes later, I looked at my statement and the order did not get canceled. When I called back, the rude lady at OB Little Caesars did not make any effort to cancel this order and told me she was not going to.

Got a Detroit deep dish, was probably the worst pizza I think I've ever eaten. A Frozen pizza from Walmart could of been better than that. Lady at the front was cool though, the one who took my order and all.

Depends on the staff. Tonight staff was terribly slow and could use better customer service skills. I arrived shortly after 7pm to order one fresh crazy pepperoni puff. After I paid she tried to hand me an order that looked like it had set for a while inside the hotbox not to mention it already appeared to have been tampered with. The box was opened and the sticker for the seal wasn’t even shut closed. I politely said I didn’t want it that I would like for it to be fresh. I didn’t mind waiting at all but to wait nearly 30 minutes for one crazy puff is insane. With continuously promises of it being in the oven and supposedly coming out in 7 min. I waited so long I ended up just requesting a refund. It was just a complete mess on tonight. The staff that was there was extremely slow or simply didn’t know what they were doing. I’ve been in this same location on several occasions with other staff that handles business swiftly and professionally. On tonight they dropped the ball and need to do better. An it was indeed a manager on duty a woman. She need to make sure her staff is up to part. It was other refunds requested doing my time in the store as well as people orders not getting made. An oh for it to be hot and ready advertising this was my first time ever seeing the hotbox partially empty. Everyone who came in had to wait 20-30min if not longer. An it was a cashier and I know atleast 3 people in the kitchen area.
Had it door dashed. I had the new little pizza puffs. Cheese and Herb. Gotta say that they are the most delicious little things. Great flavor and the amount of cheese is spot on. Perfect portion size along with a order of wings. Whoever thought up these puffs is a dang genius ?
