MAMA ROSA MEXICAN FOOD

We had a fantastic time they truly was ready for us. Didn't have to wait to be seated!! We had one server an he was on point. He took care of each of us with such ease. The food was so tasty and hot. The steak dishes all was as ordered & tender. So Yes we I enjoyed everything

Incredible!!! Each and every item on my plate was beautifully seasoned, amazing. The atmosphere is really light and airy, very high end quality in every aspect. Love this place.
I had the Birria eggs Benedict, fabulous. My wife had the classic omelette and it was fantastic. Wonderful wonderful flavors. Churros and ice cream with their delicious coffee topped it all off. Glad this place exists. Wonderful Saturday brunch. Rodrigo was our server and he did an awesome job.

On two separate return visits there seemed to be a little bit of a decline. While it was early and several servers were there, they didn’t seem to be very excited to be there or distracted. I’m saying this because our first two visits were so much better and very different. I hope they return to their original level of service and food quality as they were when we first went there.

A different take on Hispanic culture and atmosphere. House made sauce’s fresh made seafood and a very friendly staff. Olivia took good care of us and was spot on! Definitely worth the experience.

Great brunch. The taste is really really good. The service was great from our waiter. No issues with the food at all. The cocktails took way to much to be delivered.

Went to celebrate a birthday at Mama Rosa. This place is AMAZING! 20 out of 10! The restaurant decor and cleanliness when I walked in I was impressed. We were a party of 9 and everyone ordered something different from pancakes to nachos . We all agreed the food was hot, seasoned and DELICIOUS! Our server Bryce went above and beyond even bringing out the sombrero and the crew to sing happy birthday. I truly do not understand why this place was not jammed packed? I will be back for sure. A quick trip to Olive Branch was worth the drive.

Our server, Forrest was the best! Impeccable service. The food was fantastic! My Chicken Tia Lupita was excellent and the Lemon cake was divine!! Can't wait to go again to try something new.

The place is nice, elegant and the food is delicious. I just think that the corn tortillas should have 10% more texture since when ordering tacos with corn tortillas, the heat and the spices make the tortilla very moist and it falls apart when you eat it.

My wife wanted to eat at a new place for her 60th birthday and we chose Mama Rosa's because they take reservations, and most of our other options did not. As a reservation restaurant, I expected a fairly high price, so I wasn't too surprised by the ticket, which ran about $20 per person before tip.

We arrived around 1pm, and were seated right away, party of 9. But with only 7 place settings, which never got rectified. I ended up taking my granddaughter's napkin and utensils, as she had no use for them because her meal was all finger food.

It took a while to get drink orders taken, and we tacked an appetizer on top of that, which was a good thing, because we waited 15 minutes for drinks, another 10 for the appetizer, and then our waiter didn't come by and take our order for our meal. We got to talking, and were surprised when we'd finished salsa chips and appetizer and he still hadn't come by to take our order. I had to go to the front desk to get our order taken. My expectation is that he'd just headed on break when the drinks came. Your mileage may certainly vary, as this is a well-reviewed place with a lot of 5-stars.

After our order was taken, it was about 20-30 minutes before the food arrived. We DID get multiple refills on our drinks in the meantime, so our server was taking care of us.

I'll say this. The food was outstanding. My wife got the Katrina and was amazed. I got the fajita quesadilla and it was perfect. My grandson with the dairy allergy (epipen level) was taken care of, and we were all satisfied.

Yet we didn't get the check. I almost went looking for someone to say 'Quiero la cuenta por favor'. Our waiter sailed by and I asked for the check. My daughter and her husband had to leave before we were out of there, and as you can see by my last pic, I finished signing the check after everybody else had headed out. At a little before 3pm. I wasn't in a big hurry so I didn't mind that much.

As a recap, the food here is 5-star. Top Shelf. Outstanding. The atmosphere was open and friendly, with a lot of families there, soft music playing, and an open air feel of the place from all the large windows. The service could have been better, but we'll return.
