Marco's Pizza

Way, way, way too much for pizza. Spent the afternoon visiting sick tummy city., paid for it twice... menu doesn't have prices on it. $39. X 2 medium pizzas.

Wish I could give 0 stars. August 8th around 4:30pm they gave me a burnt pizza. Like literally not edible. Called, told it would be remade. Drove 15 minutes back to the store only to receive another burnt pizza. I asked for the manager, all he said was I understand, we'll make you another one. I said no because obviously y'all don't know how. Got a refund, will not be returning. Just awful

I have to say that Deja saved the evening. I ordered a pizza @ 4:15pm to be picked up at 5:40pm. Got there at 5:43pm and went into the drive thru. I paid and it wasn’t ready… okay! I went around again and waited. Then she said it still wasn’t ready, so I asked how long she stated “maybe another 10 min.” I’m like ok… so when I came back AGAIN it still wasn’t ready… so I asked her if she could find out what’s wrong. She said she didn’t know but they just put my pizza in 3 mins ago (5:58pm) so 15 mins after I got there, so why order early on the app?? So DEJA came up, I explained what was happening since now it’s after 6pm.. she jumped into action and got my pizza ready and even added a dessert for the troubles, people like her are the reason customers keep coming back. Thank you Deja for being a team leader!!

Great pizza, but your service depends on what crew is there. Marco's is my favorite pizza spot, and it's rare that I have issues, but when I did, they were big issues. For example, I made a call in order and was told the order would be ready at 6:30 pm. I arrived at 6:35 and was told that not only was my order not ready, but they never even received it. I waited over 45 minutes for the order, but management did compensate me with a free item for the wait.

The staff went out their way to fix a mistake that was made ! I commend their customer service and dedication to making quality experiences with great food.

Their pizza is great but Marco's wings are *the best*. Every time we've ordered for pick up is was hot, ready, and served with a smile. This store has some great staff and we are always happy with our order.

Never received a bad pizza from this joint. We eat here two to three times every month.

Marco's Pizza on Getwell Rd usually is pretty good with everything. Good service, hot food, and the atmosphere is well as expected for a tiny Pizza Palor. We always puck up to go. I will say curbside service is hit or miss. So for that I gave 4 stars. It's hard to have to get a toodler out the car to go in and pick up your order when you ask for curbside service. They never forget to ask for the tip, so how do you forget to bring out our orders. But anyway, we still enjoy this Marco's Pizza location. And plan to go back soon.

Vegetarian options: Vegetable pizza and delicious, and I eat meat.
