I went there and the lady charged me for a drink but she gave another person
2 FREE drinks & and she kept repeating the same questions after I told what I want and the restaurant needs a Little cleaning but otherwise the lady was cool or whatever

The food is good, the service royally sucks - SLOW, SLOW, SLOW. It took 23 minutes for our simple order to come - nothing fancy, just a choose 2 and a sandwich with Mac and cheese. I had to repeat my choose 2 order 3 times to the cashier - it's only 2 things, and she still couldn't remember. That kind of horrible service has been at this location for years, yet every so often I think maybe this time would be different. Shame to waste such a good prime spot for a pathetic restaurant like this one.

May have just had a off night but it is the first time I didn't enjoy my food at thier resturant. I had the spudmax it was cold didn't even melt the butter.

A bit confused as to why the to-go order directions showed to pick up your food at the to-go shelf, but they had my order behind the counter. I waited by the shelf for my food for nearly 10 min until I heard another customer get their order from an employee behind the counter. My lunch was good, but my bread was a bit soggy.

Unprofessional and sloppy food. Offered a refund but never received it. Food ok but baked potato’s need to be cooked until done. Got sick off the sandwich I ordered because I think the lettuce was bad

I ordered the Ultimate Nacho which is supposed to have chili on it. My order came out cold and with no chili on it. I sent it back and it was brought back out still cold with a cup of chili on the side. I was told that I could put the chili on it myself. I refuse to patronize any establishment that would insult my intelligence! Also may explain why the place was empty when I arrived!!
