The size of sandwich sucks for the price. I could go next door and get a foot long for same price. Quality of the meat is not there either. Now the nachos were ok but need more chili and cheese

Order a gallon of sweet tea - waited - then Manger told server to just give me one from to go order not picked up. It was not sweet and very weak tea. Undrinkable what a waste of money - very disappointed ☹️

Worst experience there!! Ordered half Rueben and half potato soup!! Soup was barely warm and Ruben had no sour kraut or thousand Island, so pastrami and bread.. Tried to explain to the giggling kid what goes on a Rueben. Will not be

The store is nice, but that's it. I ordered a Reuben and a side caesar salad, and that came to $18. They had the audacity to ask for a tip for an order I drove to pick up, myself, and what I received was a cold sandwich that was supposed to be warm and a salad without any dressing. I won't be going back.

food is great but when you call to place an order for they will not answer. it burdens my heart deeply that a man and or woman or non-binary gender person can no longer order a delicious sandwhich without scrunity and malice. this nexus city deserves better than this. im not mad just dissappointed.

Great lil Deli. Pecan, berry salad great with the raspberry vinegret dressing. Perfect place for a mix and match menu, half portion options. Soup was good also. Nice & friendly staff. Some tables outside

Haven’t had a good experience with service a McAlisters in a while but had my most recent issue at this location today, as well as several other mobile order customers and third party delivery drivers. Apparently we didn’t matter much to their business compared to others and a woman employee working on a catering order made that very clear by telling us to get in line and refused to answer our questions. The only positive I saw here was a gentlemen in the back looked out to see how bad things were in the restaurant and took it upon himself to get our mobile orders out. One guy was there way before me and was never assisted until I was there. The food felt like it had been sitting a while too.

Service is fantastic but my gluten free bread- yes, I have a real allergy- was burnt and literally 1 piece of roast beef and a tiny bit of cheese. I ate it to try it and it was truly awful. Pitiful portion. Potato soup was great. Never had a sandwich from anywhere look and taste so bad. My husband and I agreed not to come back. Firehouse has great gluten free bread... we will be going there from now on.
