Worst Mickey D's ever a couple months ago I ordered a burger with only cheese and onion and there was no cheese on it with only ketchup pickle and the pattie and then I ordered one today only cheese and onion I got a plan burger I went in and they gave me a new one no cheese onions ketchup and mustard I hate all things with vinegar whoever makes the burgers needs to be fired this place deserves 0 stars but it gets 1

I was emotionally affected by my stay at this location. I watched an altercation with the manager on duty @6pm on June 29th and an employee. She was screaming and very irritate because the employee was new and did not know how to ring my items up correctly. After receiving my large cup I went to get my large Dr. pepper, taste tested and found it to be flat I went to go ask if I could get it from the machine behind the counter while waiting I was asked “what do you want” I asked for a drink because the machine was flat I was looked at as an inconvenience and met with an attitude. Very unprofessional environment the only reason I gave it such a high rating was due to the quality of the chicken nuggets. Immaculate doesn’t describe them well enough.

Actually Patrica came through the drive thru very rude, asking me did i have everything after every single thing i said back to her, no one was rude i was simply telling her i had the cup of ice, also i have nothing to with the kitchen not putting extra sauce, i did everything correctly on my end i wasnt rude, if there was a problem you can simply not come back like you said. thank you

Riley took my order with MAJOR ATTITUDE. She had an attitude when I pulled up to the drive thru. She cut me off while I was trying to tell her I didn’t need a large cup of ice. I ordered fish fila meal with Extra tartar sauce but she added NO tartar sauce. Everything I asked for she did the total opposite. I spoke to the manager on duty who was really nice. I’m tired of paying money to establishments like this one, who continue to hire and allow employees to interact with the customer with ABSOLUTE RUDE BEHAVIOR. It’s a problem and with my experience in customer service? It Will NOT BE TOLERATED. You didn’t want to come to work or whatever your reasoning is for a horrible attitude, is your problem not mine. ACCOUNTABILITY IS NOT HAPPENING HERE. I will not pay anymore money here in exchange for a BAD ATTITUDE. I’m tired of it because it happens too much at this particular location. Ive been coming here for years. I did have a wonderful experience with Shayla a few days ago at this location. She was so pleasant and helpful. I was almost shocked because she was nice, courteous and professional. I want Shayla to be recognized for EXCELLENCE.

It's one of the worst McDonald's I've been to. Every table was dirty, most with people's food still on them. Hateful employees, that literally ignore you when you're standing at the counter. I had to actually yell at one running by to get our sauces after standing there looking needy for more than 5 minutes. The food was horrible, and it was straight up noon time. Workers standing around doing absolutely nothing, trying to look busy! Typical McDonald's anymore. Yes, i know I didn't have to eat out, but actually, we were just grabbing a fast bit on our 18-hour drive home..

This place was terrible every time we come here we have problems whether it's someone doing hair in the kitchen or bad service today me and my family went to McDonald's for lunch my dad ordered the new chicken strips but didn't get them till someone went up there and said something multiple times and then still didn't get them till everyone was done eating I can't believe this place one star.
