The employees that were at the drive through pick up window were very rude on 3/15/2025 around 4:30pm. I got my bag of food,opened the bag to check my order and someone from inside said pull off now. Didn’t get to see who it was because my head was down. It was a few girls standing there and one of them was a manger.

What a joke. This is undoubtedly the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. I live in OB and it keeps getting worse. I waited 24 minutes after my food order was picked up and I pulled ahead for my drinks. 24 minutes for the drinks and I had to go in and get them. I understand if someone forgets, but that wasn’t the case and the woman who brought my drinks up didn’t even look up at me and still was missing a drink and when I asked her for it, she continued on to do something else. I can’t even believe that this is real and why this place isn’t shut down.

I ordered& paid for a steak egg& cheese bagel meal with white milk & extra sauce on side I was the only one in the drive through- I got a sausage egg& chhese bagel with no sauce& they didn't stock white milk so chocolate was what I got. I always check my bag & meal & did get a sauce on side.

You can tell that not 1 person wants to be here working, including the manager! I had to ask for straws, then I needed Ketchup and waited for 10 mins for someone even decided to hear me say excuse me after 3 times, for some Ketchup. Then had to ask for a spoon to go with the mcflurry I ordered, and I got a happy meal and had to ask for a cup for the drink that comes with the meal. They had to look at the ticket before she gave me a cup. I have never had service so bad in my life. I'm glad my granddaughter changed her mind to eat here. Otherwise, I would've been so mad when we got home.
