Another McDonald's staffed with people who'd rather play on their phones instead of paying attention to customers, and still complain about not making $15/hr. After 3 attempts to get a cheeseburger made correctly, I was given a smushed burger with the hardest stale bun they had in the back. The fries were double fried to warm them back up, resulting in a saltless mushy package of slop. All this for $12. Pitiful experience, garbage food, and overpriced dismay of a meal. Stay away from this McDonald's!

This location and the food is awful. The evening shift employees can not get orders correct because they're too busy playing, using profanity and on their cell phones.

i should honestly call corporate on this place. i ordered online and used my points (over 3,000) because it is cheaper and you would think you’d get your food faster. well wrong. so wrong. firstly we were in line for like 10 minutes. there was only 2 cars in front of us. and the white truck in front of us had a tiny order so i know it couldn’t have taken too long. fast forward. in the app i ordered my free iced caramel coffee, a medium big mac meal, 6pc nuggets and a medium caramel frap. well we get to the window and the lady working it hands my husband his caramel frappe with the whipped cream and caramel oozing out of the top and all down the sides. he said thank you and was very nice and she just shut the window and said nothing back. next, we got our “coke.” come to find out after my iced coffee was a fail, so was my other drink cause they gave me dr pepper instead of coke. we eventually got our food and thank heavens it was right but it was the only thing right. lastly, i got my coffee. it was the most bitter drink i may have ever had. and you’d think with caramel it’s supposed to be sweet. WRONG! it was not cold either, i just ended up pouring it out. sad i wasted my points on it to be honest. the service was so rushed and workers were extremely rude. but honestly the holly springs location is better anyways so if you want good food you might have to travel a little farther. signed, an angry wife.

Got 2 meals last night. The girl with blue hair took my order. As I pulled off I noticed I was missing a fry for the second meal. Turned around didn’t even leave the parking lot yet. Get to the intercom and she says the system is down as I’m explaining it’s already PAID FOR all I need is the food I’m missing. Finally after giving me a hard time I got the fries that were cold. Never again
The weekend crew is rude that half the machine.Don't work and why would you double toast?A mcmuffin and make it harder to rock.We're nobody can eat it.It's ridiculous

I stood in the lobby for almost 45 mins waiting on a mobile order for just 2 Carmel frappes. There were about 7 other customers in the lobby, including door dashers and we all stood there about 45 mins before anyone behind the counter acknowledged us. It was rude, and very bad customer service. I won't be going back to that McDonald's again anytime soon. The frappes were great, once we finally got them.
