If I could leave 0 stars I would! Service was mediocre at best, never offered refills. Took over an hour to let us know they were out of pasta for the entree we ordered. Brought one told us 10 min on the pasta 30 min later server comes back to tell us we can order anything for free. Seriously?! We’ve already eaten the first entree. No they weren’t busy! We were literally the only table for our server. While the one entree we did get was actually pretty good the experience was awful and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Went to eat here the other night and I ordered the top shelf combo appetizer... the chicken strips were so small they were smaller than my index finger. Literally like they got a chicken strip and cut it into 3 pieces. Nothing like the photo shows. The waitress was great but she didnt know how to refill drinks. I had to share with my son and there were only 3 other guest in the whole building. Food prices went up and sizes of food went down!

Very few people were there. The waitress was very cordial and helpful. It was a special occasion and the waitress accommodated us. It was too cold, like sitting outside on a cold January day.

Ordered a 4 piece chicken tender meal for pickup, only received 3 tenders. Didn't receive my dipping sauce that I ordered with it. Received the wrong type of drink. And didn't receive any butter for my rolls that I'm pretty sure were actually bricks and not rolls. Not even edible. Didn't know it was possible to screw an order up this bad

Greasy club sandwich and cold sweat potato fries, but the rolls were great. I ended up putting the inside of club into a roll and it was much better. The worst part was the waitress we were assigned. She just made no attempt to check on us and had to track someone else down to give us a check and take our money!

I ordered A to go order and my food was HORRIBLE and it really hurted my feelings because I love OCharley's especially the potato soup and it was trash this time😤. I got the chicken tender dinner and my tenders was so dark like they was cooked in old grease and my fries as well they where so soggy and my potato soup wasnt even hot it was cold the only thing that was good was the dinner rolls and they was cold. Im just highly upset with my meal. Having to pay 20 something dollars in todays economy just to get some mess is an Disgrace. So yes I'm leaving a bad review because you guys can do better and the next time I will check my food before leaving and not to mention I waited almost an extra 20mins outside of the time I supposedly had to pick my food up and it was curbside pickup just for me to still have to go on the inside and wait on my food still🤷🏾♀️.
