It's been a while ( years) since I visited O'Charley's due to poor food and service. But the last past 2 Sunday's we decided to go and go back and WOW, it's the O'Charley's Restaurant I know plus More!😋

We dine in O.B. , MS yesterday. I was served cold potato soup. When I spoked to the server she replied (you want it warmed up). When did you guys start serving cold potato soup?

I came in for a quick lunch alone, ended up having a great lunch. I sat in bar, Keira was awesome, the host drew was friendly and attentive. Manager Eddie came around to check on things. I will be back. Thanks to all.

My coworker and I went to O'Charleys for an afternoon meal, and it was fantastic! The service was top-notch and food was perfect! Everything was cooked to perfection, the salads were fresh and delicious. The rolls were to die for! Great place to go anytime!!

It's been a long time since I ate at O'Charley's and I was skeptical when there were hardly any cars in the parking lot, but it was a great experience. Service was great and the food was fantastic.

Went for the prime rib (Friday) six and very few in there. Service was slow but the bad part is they ran out of prime rib. How can a place serving an item run out within two hours of starting to serve it. Had to wait for tea to be made and rolls to be cooked. I actually didn’t eat since they were out of prime rib. Husband got chicken fried salad and they had chicken crumbs on it and had to ask for more. This is unacceptable a restaurant! We will not go back until they get different management. They go through this. Has bad mma, then got new management and it was great. Now bad management again.

mine and another's guest food was cold. we ordered pasta and the pasta was dry. we asked for extra sauce and was charged. the server was nice but I will not be going to thie location again. period

We ordered through a delivery app to have our food brought to us. After the ride to us, the ice cream for the pie was still intact, and the food was still the correct temperature. I had the caesar salad and spinach & artichoke dip, both were good. My husband had the chicken parmesean and apple pie, and he was very satisfied. Our son had the basic kids meal, grilled cheese and fries, which the grilled cheeae was on some crazy think bread and it looked pretty good. I would definitely order from here again. Maybe next time we could actually order our food in-store and dine in, but for now, I was very pleased with our purchase.
