Absolutely trash! Sends trash food out via delivery services. I ordered a MEDIUM steak via a food delivery service & this is what they sent. No butter, no silverware & no condiments. This is the last O'Charleys & they may as well close cause no one there cares.

A party of 3. Ordered luncheon grilled pimento and bacon sandwich w pickles. Requested no pickles. Got sandwich w pickles and no bacon. Soup was not warm at all. Asparagus was tough and burned. Requested replacement. Same way w replacement asparagus. Chicken tenders were overcooked. Lemon meringue pie was frozen.
