I am giving a one star today and my honest review because I was a little blindsided today. We ordered a couple of cakes for birthdays from here recently with good results and delicious cake. Last cake we did find a hair in one cake but weren’t sure it came from the cake or us and gave the benefit of the doubt. I called the store to place a last minute cake order yesterday am for pickup today. I show up today and they tell me there is no cake and it’s for tomorrow. No one mentioned this on the phone. So I start looking at window cakes, which are a day or so old mind you and half off. When I picked one out I was told to just take that one, no writing on the cake or even offered for the mix up and was basically told to take the display cake as if I had paid for a fresh one and didn’t offer to refund the difference. This really didn’t sit well with me and even after going back in and asking for a refund they only offered a credit at the actual bakery. I will not be coming back. The cakes are good but the customer service here was severely lacking and no one tried to make it right. Seriously disappointed. Save your money and make sure you confirm what dates they tell you.

I’m so glad I took a chance on this bakery! From start to finish, the experience was amazing. Everyone was kind, polite, and genuinely cared about making sure I was happy. The gentleman who made my cake took the time to really listen to what I wanted—and he absolutely nailed it! My cake was not only beautiful to look at but also incredibly delicious. It turned out even better than I imagined! I will definitely be coming back for all my future cake needs. Highly recommend this bakery to anyone looking for quality, creativity, and great customer service!

The staff is lovely, but the piping and writing for custom orders is insanely messy. This has been the case for two separate cakes now. Tastes great, but if you’re looking for customized presentation, I’d recommend looking elsewhere. Anything standard like cupcakes, cookies, etc. is perfectly fine, though.
I’ve purchased here on 2 separate occasions with pretty much the same experience. Staff was very nice and prompt. First time bought cupcakes for my daughter’s birthday. The cupcakes were a little dry and the icing was crunchy, like either had been sitting up too long or made with too much sugar. When my oven broke for my husband’s bday I decided to give them another try, and I love supporting local businesses. I got a German chocolate cake,7in,$30. It was mediocre at the most, once I had it out for display on the table for dinner I noticed the icing looked a little chalky, and it kind of tasted like the inside of a refrigerator.

Although what i would have liked - coconut cake was not available at point of sale but understandable because of price other options were great. A strawberry cake, chocolate cake and chocolate pie were all very well liked by everyone. Very fair pricing on them as well and attendant was very helpful in suggestions of such.

Josh and his team are masters at their craft! I ordered cookies for my grand opening and I didn’t really know what design I wanted. The lady at the register was very patient with me even though she was busy. She discussed my ideas with Josh and he knew exactly what to do. The cookies were so pretty and they tasted great too!! I’m a forever fan!!!

The goods in the csse are stale. We purchased several items out of the case. It was clear they were over a day old and not baked on site. It was a sad experience. If you can not bake your own goods at least make sure that you do not keep them over a day.
The odd thing is the person who sold them did not say a word about the staleness. Need more pride than that. Do better.
