We were greeted with a smile upon arrival. Our waiter checked on us often to ensure we had a good experience. Our food came out quickly with little to no wait. The food was hot and fresh off the press.

I have to recant my previous 5 star rating. It pains me to do so. This restaurant has been my absolute favorite spot for years. Absolutely loved it. It was a treat to go. The staff was so polite and prompt. Food was quick and fresh and always perfect. I noticed the subtle changes to the decor. Which is kind of cheesy American diner-esque, but okay. It's the food. Don't mess with what's not broken . Disappointment of the flavor of the food. It may be amazing to some, but to those who Absolutely lived for Osaka days,....I can tell you. It's NoT THE SAME! SO SAD. The OG Osaka would make you cream your jeans. R.i.p. Osaka

Food was amazing. Everything else sucked. Server was very bad. He catered to a large party of teenagers who were being obnoxious and barely gave me any attention. He completely forgot my drink, and when he got me my refill he messed it up horribly. He forgot to put my appetizer in and it came out after my meal. All of this and the restaurant forces a 15% gratuity that the manager can’t adjust. The manager also refused to remove the drink stating “you drank some of it right? So you have to pay”. Yeah I drank enough to know he messed it up! Order to go or on a delivery app if you want their food. Eating in is a distasteful experience to say the least.
