The order was ready, correct and waiting when I arrived. It took us longer than expected to get there but surprisingly the food remained at a great temperature to eat when I got home without reheating.

On 9/30/25, I placed a curb-side order for the Mediterranean Chicken salad. When I got home I noticed that the chicken was not on the salad. I called the restaurant and the manager on duty was rude and really didn't want to accommodate me. He/She stated that I could come back up there and get the chicken to put on my salad or I could get a full refund. This is after I asked for my salad to be REMADE properly. This was a simple request!! Clearly he/she is having a bad day and doesn't know proper customer service etiquette. This experience makes me think twice before patronizing this restaurant again. Do better!!!

I came in on August 3 and ordered an ITALIAN STEAK AND MOZZARELLA. I DONT EAT PORK So I know what I ordered! The Team Manager on this day was rude as soon as I opened my mouth. The team manager chastise me and told me that I need to be more clear on what I ordered. The team manager did correct my order and I received what I was supposed to receive. The employee in the kitchen, Kayndance (I hope I spelled her name correctly) was WONDERFUL. She had a smile both times I entered the store. Apologized for the mix up and asked did I need anything else. She exude the customer service that represents Panera Bread. Panera Bread was my first job as a teenager and she was wonderful. That Team Manager needs to go back into training. Awful!

I was going to Panera weekly until I encountered a very rude employee. I ordered three sandwiches. The time was around 7:30 pm. The young man was preparing my sandwiches when a rude lady came out to assist him. I was telling her how I wanted my order because they sometimes gets it wrong. She made a smart remark and I said don't be rude.We had words she went to the back. Then this guy came out and he was rude because I was telling him what had happened. He didn't want to hear it. If you don't want to serve people after a certain time. It should be posted. I will not spend my money with a store that doesn't respect their customers.Panera should post that you don't serve after 7:30 pm.
