Well, after waiting 2 hours last time, I thought this would be better. Tonight it has been an hour and a half and I received a cold pizza with both quality seals broken. I refuse to eat something that has been tampered with. My experience with this particular store has been horrible. Make the drive to Hernando. They do a much better job.

I spent $50 on an order and chose delivery on the Papa John's website they sent my order through Doordash without my permission and I had the worst experience with the driver. If I knew they did their deliveries through Doordash I would have never placed an order and I will never again order from this papa johns. The driver was rude and disgusting and could care less if I got my order. 0 stars

I went online and placed order only to get message saying the store not open except for delivery, so drivers can walk in but customer cannot. This is a ridiculous, ludicrous money grab process so they can charge yoi a $5 delivery fee that has nothong to do with delivery. This fee does not go to the driver, it is not part of their tip, it has nothing to do with up keep of delivery car. The store its self does absolutely nothing different. Pizza goes in same box with same name label. The difference in carry out and delivery: we go in and they hand us the pizza from a shelf, delivery the driver goes in and gets the same pizza from same shelf. Store pays none of the driver expenses or tip yet they charge us $5 extra to put pizza on the same shelf for a driver to pickup. They are lucky we did not feel like cooking or want anything else. Last time I pay this ridiculous delivery fee robbery.
EDIT: Last time i ordered the samething from here took 20 mins from order completion to on my plate, that was us picking it up. This time my expected delivery is an hour and 15 minutes after order completion. Hmm, wonder why.
