I am a regular customer here. Sometimes 2-3 times a week.. however, my visit today, the chicken was PINK! I returned to the restaurant only for the manager to tell me it’s supposed to have a pink haze to it🤮.. NO MAM! That is uncooked chicken! Please do better! I SUE! Hate I didn’t take a picture… thought I wouldn’t need one.. never had a problem here… I was so shocked at the managers response..did I mention no napkins or silverware 🤷🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️

First impressions mean a lot, and entry to this restaurant gave great vibes. Everyone was in uniform, the food line was neat and well arranged, and the smiles were contagious. When presented with my self-made dilemma of ordering from the wrong location on the app, the manager MonaLisa made quick work of calling the other store, confirming the order, then offered to make my order at her restaurant! I got the discounted meal from my app purchase at the location I wanted, and my day was great because of this staff. PLUS the food was delicious! Well done, Piccadilly To Go on N Germantown Parkway in Cordova, TN.

I am sad to say we had an awful experience at our visit on Thursday, October 16th. The people in the kitchen area appeared to be having a party. When asked to cook more fish they audibly groaned. The workers that were working the serving line had no manners and were just rude. The place was total chaos with no one in charge. We are so disappointed. We frequently visited. We will not be going back after this experience.

Please have workers wear hair nets when serving food and gloves. Yesterday I witnessed one server in gloves and another girl messing with the other young lady hair and never put on gloves. Another server was serving without any gloves on. A couple walked in and walked out shortly after coming in. Not sure if that was way. Just concerned customer.

I purchased two chicken meals on August 7. The chicken & okra was undercooked, the potatoes & muffins were too salty....The individuals serving the food were rude......I think the owners of this establishment needs to do an undercover visits and find out what is going on at their establishment

I’ll admit it I hadn’t been to Piccadilly in years, and I honestly didn’t expect much. You always hear folks joke and say it’s “food for old people.”
The food was hot, fresh, and actually really good. It was seasoned right, cooked well, and brought back that old-school comfort without feeling outdated.
The staff was friendly, the line moved smoothly, and the whole experience felt like a pleasant surprise. Piccadilly is still holding it down and I’ll definitely be back. Don’t sleep on it.

Such rude customer service from Sunday staff was telling me the you man I had 3 plates he kept looking shaking his head as if he understood but kept bagging two plates so me and the guest behind me both said he just not listening to you before I knew the young man just started going off saying he not from here and other rude stuff and sir what does that have to do with you getting my order right 🤔 I’m not from here either and that’s for the bad experience for a first time customer never again will I come here when I visit

I placed an online order at 12:15pm. Online platform said pick up between 12:30p and 12:35p. Text message from platform reads, your order is ready! I am just driving away with my order at 1:10pm. They dropped the meat in the fryer once I arrived. What's the purpose of having an online ordering system. A manager previously told me if you want a family meal you need to order ahead instead of showing up to place the order. I followed his directions. Still they can't get right. It shouldn't be this hard to pick up a meal!

I visited this location last night and tonight for my family and my experience was GREAT! 1000/10 It was very clean inside and the manager and her team were very welcoming and they worked very well together!! They went over and beyond to offer the best costumer service experience. When there wasn’t any chicken tenders left, they made fresh ones with no problem. Also, let me mention that it was about 40 minutes until closing on and no one acted as if they were in a rush or unpleasant; and guests continued to come in and were served with the same attitude. I love this location and will continue visiting. Good customer service is so HARD TO FIND now a days! Oh, and the food was as good as the customer service!!
