very nice people. food was excellent. the owner was really polite and friendly
Had an amazing time in this little coffee house. Wish I could have stayed longer but we were just in to get coffee. The staff was extremely warm and friendly, the coffee is delicious, and the aesthetic is perfect for the name.
If I weren't in the area travelling I would spend so much time in this place.

Felt Like I Walked Into an Episode of Gilmore Girls!
I stumbled across this coffee shop on Google, and I’m so glad I did. The moment I stepped inside, it gave me Stars Hollow vibes — cozy, charming, and full of character. It felt like the kind of place where you’d bump into Lorelai and Rory sipping coffee and chatting about life.
The atmosphere was so warm and welcoming, I didn’t want to leave. The staff was kind, the coffee, breakfast pizza, and waffles were chef’s kiss, and the whole place just wrapped around me like a comfort blanket. Whether you're looking for a quiet place to relax or a little spot to romanticize your morning, this is it.
Highly recommend if you're in the area — this hidden gem made my day!

I’m so confused on the reviews here. I’m from out of town but always look for local coffee shops. This is some of the worst coffee I’ve ever had unfortunately. Not sure if I caught it on an off day or what. Disappointing.

I wish I had a little spot like this in Chattanooga! It will be a go-to stop each time I’m back in OB now.
Coffee and food is great, but the atmosphere is awesome. I came here to find a spot to do some work on my laptop and get a bite to eat. Is it a quiet spot for work? Nope! And that’s why I loved it. It felt like I was in my own kitchen having nice small talk while my family cooked a homemade breakfast.
Also: the tiny bowl of cereal as a side made me unreasonably happy.
While there isn't a drive thru option, I prefer this place to Starbucks. Prices may be similar but I prefer that my money is supporting local and that what I am getting is made locally and is fresh vs coming out of a corporate box and defrosted and then heated up.

I love supporting local businesses. Pinks did not disappoint. I really like the mod goth decor. Great coffee, excellent customer service. Check out their peppermint mocha, breakfast wrap and biscuits & gravy. Delicious!

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this place was so trash. Firstly, the meal fell far below expectations. The chicken and waffles tasted preheated, which really took away from the quality of the dish. I also ordered a blueberry muffin that was as hard as a brick and not fresh at all. Lastly, the hibiscus tea was overwhelmingly sweet, to the point that it was difficult to drink.

Love Pinks. I come here every time I visit from Florida, it's the first stop once I get to town. Their coffees are so good.
