I brought a Buffalo personal pan pizza the way it comes through an online order for delivery and it came with no sauce and not like there was only a little, literally no sauce at all, crazy.

Placed online order. Food was delivered hot but they forgot an order of fries to give to the delivery driver. Received call from store asking if we wanted to send another driver or add it as a credit for future use. When we told them we would just prefer to have our fries tonight the lady got extremely disrespectful in tone, said ‘ok’ and hung up the phone. I understand customer service and sometimes people have bad days but at the end of the day if it’s your job to complete an order for your customers please don’t be disrespectful when asked to completely full fill an order when it was on your part that it wasn’t delivered with the rest of the food in the first place. Will not be ordering from this location again and I suggest others to try a different location as well with the hopes that other locations have better attitudes with their customers.

staff is always friendly and the pizza is always perfect.
Parking: alot of spaces to park as compared to most pizza huts, it is an actual hut without adjacent suites or any of that crowding it but the dine-in isn’t used much anymore i don’t think. there used to be lunch buffets
Kid-friendliness: there used to be a kids play corner inside with games but the inside dine in has been remodeled. there were arcades and stuff but now it sucks it’s kind of in this extra storage space post covid era still
I have attempted to order from this location for my business several times and this is now the 3rd time I have tried and no one showed up. Paid online for the pizza and wasn't notified at all that it wouldn't arrive. The call center told me they do not think anyone showed up at the location. Horrible service

Pizza Hut is not consistent with presentation and or taste with their products. I can never order twice in a row and get the same experience!!

I just Want to know why they don’t tell people that come to the window that their order is not ready yet. This will decrease the wait time in line tremendously. People can pull around wait however long they tell you and then come back to the window or go into the store.

Do Not Expect good stuff.. it took over an hr to deliver, also my seal was torn completely.. door dash??.. pizza was cold.. I tried to call and speak to management they literally set the phone on a shelf and let it set there... I have pics of it all, but can't post here.

Absolutely worst pizza I have ever had. I ordered through the app and door dash delivered. The seal/sticker used to keep the box closed was torn like it had been opened and the pizza and bread sticks were cold! I think a frozen pizza would of been better. Nothing like spending almost $50 and having to reheat your food when delivered. We tried calling the store to speak with management but they just set the phone on the counter and walked off. I would highly recommend NOT ordering from this Pizza Hut location.
