They threw your orders together, the female at the window never acknowledged my presence; answered the phone when I pulled to the window. My food was awful, half baked and loaded with cheese.

Received my order. My order was incorrect. Called to get the issue resolved manager told me he'll send the order out again. Never received the order. Called back manager tells me I'll just place a $25 credit on your account. Called to use my credit for their mishap, come to find out manager never issued credit. I hate dealing with incompetent people. The fact that I had to call numerous times and had someone hang up in my face is ridiculous. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION AGAIN. I WILL BE REACHING OUT TO THEIR CORPORATE OFFICE.

Placed the order for 2 pizzas they said it would be 25 min , it took 30 to get to the store, when i arrived, it was like the twilight zone. It muat have been everyone's first day. Got 1 pizza after about 20 min waiting, been here another 30 min after i paid and still havent got my other pizza. No one knows how to operater the register so getting my refund is not an option. GO TO DOMINOS

Ordered delivery and only got a portion of the order. Ordered pizza, wings, pasta and only received the pizza. They refused to answer the phone after calling a million times, so I had to drive to the location, after ordering delivery, to get my food corrected. Never

I think when u buy two large pizzas of any kind. U should be able to have a few free red pepper and parmesan

Ordered through their app, but they used a DoorDash driver for delivery. Had items missing and the store refused to refund me and kept saying I needed to contact DoorDash which, after calling the Pizza Hut customer service hotline, found out this is completely incorrect. Kid kept telling me to “call the regional manager then”, but wouldn’t give me the number. Glad I was just passing through. Reason # 2531 to never visit Memphis, TN.

I went to this location on 12/31/2023 for pickup after placing my order online. Online it said my order would be ready in 15 so I waited 10 minutes before leaving the house to allow cook time. When I arrived, I was met with a drive thru line that wrapped the building almost twice. So I waited. After being in the line for an hour, I finally made it to the window (the inside was closed). When I got to the window, a young man opened the window and I told him that I was here to pick up an online order and gave him my name. He closed the window and immediately looked confused and asked me to confirm my last name, I obliged. He closed the window again and came back and verified the last 4 digits of my phone number, I confirmed. He looked at his computer screen and said okay we just put your pizzas in the oven. So considering I had already waited an hour in the line surely I could wait for my fresh pizza at the window! NOPE! He came back to the window but this time he came back with a different tone and said, "Ma'am we just put your pizza in the oven and I can't just let you sit here at the window and wait. You're going to have to drive around and get back in line" I then stated, "Are you referring to line I just sat in for an hour waiting to get here? You want me to get back in that line which is now longer than what it was when I initially got here? No, I'm not doing that!" He closed the window and came back with a manager who stated, "Ma'am I'm sorry but the previous shift left us with no dough so I've been spending the whole night thawing out dough. Can you please pull around and get back in line?" I said I'm not getting back in that line and of I have to I want a refund. She then said, "I'll tell you what, pull around to the front of the store and wait 8 minutes and knock on the door and we'll bring it out to you!" Okay seemed like a fair trade so I obliged. When I made it to the front, I waited 7 minutes and got out to go knock on the door and 3-5 other people got out to do the same. While we waited I was able to confirm that she had told US ALL the same thing. So she came to the door with an order for the gut in front of me and told the rest of us that we would need to get back in line. I reiterated what she'd told me at the window and she confirmed my name and went back inside to get my pizza and gave them to me. This is my first time at the location and I had saw the reviews but I was too lazy to cook so I proceeded at my own risk. But NEVER AGAIN! I will never go to this location again!!!!
