Poke World - Olive Branch

Ordered a flavor tea with "No Sugar" and got a drink that tasted like pure syrup. Did not even taste the black tea base it was supposed to have. Horribly sweet.

We arrived with no customers inside the business (approx. 6:30pm on a Friday night) and someone had to be told to take our order at the counter. We ordered two ramen bowls, edamame and a bao bun and like most places, we asked to leave a tip before we even received our food. The edamame had no salt but the bao was yummy. We had to retrieve both appetizers from the counter with no one else inside. Same for the ramen bowls; no one was inside but the staff couldn't be bothered to deliver them to our table. The booth was dirty, missing a napkin holder, and they were playing music with a lot of curse words. I would not recommend this place due to poor service. Their reviews likely come from boba customers.

This place used to be pretty good since they open and now I can see worker communicate to each other talking and laughing and said word (What the hell) unprofessional while customers dine in and I am so afraid while they talk and laughing water mouth may splash in to the food bc food place not cover up , hopefully owner figure it out and fix this problem

Wheelchair accessibility: Easy to get in but just booths, no tables

Drinks were terrible and so was the service. Upon entering, all you can hear are the two front workers gossiping without even greeting. Then, as I tried to order, the other worker continued to gossip and then proceeds to ask how to make my drink. If not knowing wasn't enough, the drinks that I received had little to no ice and were devoid of any flavor. This is the worst service I have ever received at any PokeWorld location.

I would not recommend this location to anyone!

Walked in at 8:40 p.m. on Monday 11/25 for a bubble tea with my wife and daughter just to be told that they were closed. Several customers that walked in immediately after were told the same thing. There's too many good options in the area to come back somewhere with unreliable hours.

The food was great, however the girls up front were on their phone constantly, and only one would be working to get the orders to the customers. By far the worst customer service I've had at a Poké World location.

I LOVE THIS PLACE! I really didn’t expect it to be so good but it blew every restaurant out of the water. The customer service is awesome and they’re so patient and helpful. Every broth is amazing!! Great place!!
