Poke World - Olive Branch

This location has a manager made special called the birria ramen that is amazing, the best way I can describe it is that it tastes like a Mexican ramen. Staff is friendly and the store has a relaxed atmosphere. Would absolutely recommend eating here.

Four of us had our first experience Poke World. Julie greeted us and helped us make our selection. The food was hot and delicious. So many options to chose. Wait time was a little longer so be prepared to enjoy your time in conversation or call your order in. The experience reminded me of Kyoto and so did the Ramen. We will be adding this to our work lunch places!

For going only two times I’ve had a pleasure experience both times, the manager is so sweet, and the staff is most excellent, the food the first time I wasn’t a fan not because it was poorly prepared by the chefs but because I didn’t know what I was getting, but the second time I went, I almost devoured all of my food, if you make the right bowl you will enjoy it, not only that it’s open till 10pm great for people who work late, if you enjoy ramen I’d definitely recommend!!!

The manager here is the best! Every time I’ve come she’s been so friendly and welcoming, and she’s always fun to talk to. She also makes the BEST bowl of poke! The prices here are really affordable to top it all off! I highly recommend the OB location

Every time I come here, everyone is always so pleasant. I have never once had bad food or service from here. The drinks are always top-notch, and my food is always hot and fresh. They even have exclusive items at this location, like strawberry cheesecake wontons, oreo wontons, and birria ramen. The atmosphere is always laid back, and I can just enjoy my time and food. Shout out to Ms. Julie, the manager of this location, for coming up with the dessert wontons and having excellent customer service. I've never felt so welcomed at a place than here by Ms. Julie! Definitely a 10/10

First of all Julie is so so nice. The food blew my mind too! I was not expecting anything that extravagant but they really made a mark tonight. They have birra ramen and dessert wontons too exclusive to this store. I will definitely be back to this location.

Not a bad place. Went here after a swim meet. Very clean, nice staff, the menu was a bit confusing. I wish some of it had more detail. Like their sauce, I didn’t know what was in it so I didn’t get it. I also wish they already had made poke bowls so I didn’t need to make my own. Something like the Poke Classic that has a lot of the standard ingredients in a poke bowl. Overall, ingredients were fresh, but too much spicy mayo for me. Could use a lighter drizzle. The chicken was questionable, but the tuna and salmon was good. Very very slow though. Took forever to get our food and wasn’t that busy either.

I really didn't know what to order asked the cashier what did she recommend she said well she like the rice bowl with her toppings....so I proceed to order but I wasn't made aware the bowl comes cold....first bite was the worst I ever experienced.....I asked can it be heated up and was told No. My sister's food look good but I just wasn't feeling mines

Poke World my old friend... been coming to this location since it opened and I've never been disappointed. I've probably been here 50 times. The ramen is actually super top quality, I've not been to any other ramen restaurant in the south that tastes as good as this. I regularly get the poke bowls too. A perfect option if you want a healthy, high protein meal. They're always fresh, tasty, AND PACKED TO THE BRIM! for a a very reasonable price too. (around $12-13). The atmosphere is cozy and the staff is pretty friendly, one time they even offered me a half dozen of their mochi donuts for free while I was dining in because they were gonna toss them to make a fresh batch. I was overjoyed because the mochi donuts are a favorite of mine. Also if you're ever curious about their appetizers, you have got to try the shrimp shumai. My boyfriend and I get them every time we go together.

My one genuine critique is that I implore the staff to clean the bathroom a little more thoroughly!! Still love this place, but I try to avoid that bathroom ;_;
