Always out of things. Everytime I go by the Olive Branch location. It's easier for for the cashier to tell me what they have. Somehow that's a shorter list then what they are out of!!! I tried 5 times to get the fish sandwich I heard was so good. They were out everytime during the promotion. Today the list was 85% of the offered carbonated beverages and napkins. Have you ever tried to eat fried chicken without napkins? I went to the bathroom to see if there were any paper towels to use for napkins, the roll was drenched setting on the sink in a puddle of water. Leadership and accountability are lacking at this location.

This is very unacceptable on a Friday night for your lobby to be closed Olive Branch Mississippi I brought some customers here so they can order some food to go and they are not allowed inside the lobby because they are supposedly cleaning it I need to hear from the regional manager or whoever owns this store very very unacceptable if I can find a number for the owners or the regional manager they will be getting a phone call about this the customers I brought here are being made to walk thru through the drive-thru to order their food very unacceptable and very unprofessional

Grew up eating Popeyes in New Orleans and have given this location 100 chances - just got back in town and thought I’d try again today and bypass the other two newer chicken places I pass on the way …was glad to hear th y actually had the item they were promoting so I ordered pickles and surf and turf and $5 3 piece , waited a long time for order so I was hopeful it was all going to be hot, fresh and right …slaw missing , extra biscuit missing and pickles hard and over cooked, crust on 3 piece was not normal and tasted like cardboard, no sauce for them either …I know getting good help is hard but it’s exhausting as a customer to pay for something and not get it .

I went there today. The guy asked me what I wanted and I told him I needed a minute to look at the menu. He told me to go back through the drive through so I won't waste his time. There were no cars behind me and it was less than 10 seconds that I was there. These people are so rachet, I will never go back! If I was in management I would fire everyone there and start from scratch! This was the most terrible and dehumanizing experience that I have ever experienced going through a drive through... Someone needs to shut this place down!

Food is fine, but the wait is atrocious every time I go. Recently waited half an hour at a non-peak time. I have never been through the drive thru in under 15 minutes and the restaurant pulls multiple people forward for small orders so it doesn't ding their times.

The chicken tenders were very thin mostly crust its like they pounded the the tenders flat then breaded them
