It's a good place nice vibe the people are respectful when you call in a order or come on to place a order & the food is outstanding I would highly recommend it to anyone who loved wings

I would rate them negative 1 if I could. This place is a ripoff! Do not eat here! The food is overpriced and not good. We spent almost $90 for 3 of the 5-piece whole wing combos (2 honey hot with onion rings and 1 honey gold with fries) and a burger combo. They only gave us 1 small prepackaged cup or dressing for 5 whole wings and wanted to charge us $.80 for an extra cup of dressing. All of the wings were overcooked, small, and not tasty. They gave us 4 onion rings. Yes, 4 onion rings! My daughter said her burger was just okay. We were VERY disappointed with our food. What a waste of money! We could have gone to a real restaurant for the price we paid. We are in town from Louisiana for a family event and were too tired and hungry, so we settled for this since it was close to our hotel (terrible mistake!). Save your money and avoid this place! Highly NOT recommended.

Food is good but the guy literally complains about everything and every little thing is extra. Ranch don’t come with wings and like I said the guy is always complaining make you feel so unwelcome atleast wait until the customer leaves.

We stopped in to check them out for the first time. Saw the place on Google Maps. Fellow didn't hear us come in, so I rang the bell on the counter, and he came right out. Super nice, and pleasant to speak with.

We ordered 5 whole wings, a cheeseburger, fried tomatoes, fried okra, and 2 sodas. The soda machine is quite old, and mostly inoperative. The Dr. Pepper came out like a fire hose, and the other soda didn't have any soda flavor.....just carbonated water. The other options were in unlabeled containers with some kind of red juice, yellow juice, and what I assume was tea (sweet? Unsweet? who knows?). The containers were dirty, so half-flavored soda it was.

When the food came out, however, we were extremely pleased. Everything was too hot to eat, it was that fresh! Once it cooled enough to eat, we scarfed it back like we hadn't eaten in a week. VERY happy with the food.

Hate to see that it is so hit-and-miss though. My expectations are high now that we've had a good initial experience.

We got there at 11:00 AM on a Wednesday morning. First customers....maybe that helped.

Firstly, I don't know how the food tastes. I've only DoorDashed from this place.

However, whoever is the he skinny black man with glasses--he needs to learn how to properly package a DoorDash order with the ticket to the OUTSIDE of the customer's bag. I had to ask which bag was for my customer and the man got a major attitude! I wouldn't have to ask if the food was packaged correctly. But don't worry. I had DoorDash to take him off of the list of places I'll go to. I wouldn't eat there either.

Everytime I am here it takes forever to get any service, if they are even open. Then you are told it'll be ready at this time and it NEVER is. If you have time to kill id order from them. If you are in a hurry might as well go somewhere else.

Why are you not honoring the Sweet Deals certificates that we purchased? Employees are rude. They're never open when their sign says they are. They do nothing to earn your business. And on top of that, their wings are tiny. This place is a scam. Save yourself some frustration and STAY AWAY from this sleazy establishment.

I really don't know how these folks stay in business. My experiences (yes, I was the fool for trying too many times) have all been terrible, just like many of these reviewers. The few times that I succeeded in getting an order, the wings were so small it looked as if they were pigeon wings, not chicken wings. But on to the big issue... If you call in an order, forget it. They won't answer the phone. If you go in person, they MIGHT be open. But maybe not. If you find that they are open, then just prepare yourself for being treated as if you interrupted their chill time. And the funny thing is, they have a tip jar on the counter for you to tip them for giving you your order that you ordered at the counter. You know, the same as when you order at a Chik-Fil-A or Zaxby's. Being an Ex-server/bartender/manager for 15+ years, I usually will throw a few dollars in a tip jar for counter service anyway. Even for just a smidgen of service. There is nothing to resemble service here. You stand a better chance at a McDonalds drive through. Just let that sink in for a moment.

Due to my time in the service industry, I am almost always very forgiving when things don't go right. But these folks just don't want you there. That means they have to get their rear ends up out of the booths that they are hanging out in, put down their phones and actually do something. They don't particularly care for that. There's plenty of other options out there. Do yourself a favor and avoid the frustration that you surely will experience here and look elsewhere.

I’ve had three separate negative encounters with the same staff member at this restaurant while picking up DoorDash orders, and I feel it’s important to share my experience.

First encounter: The first time I came in, I had to deal with an older, skinny-built Black man who wears glasses. Instead of promptly handing me the order I was there to pick up, he wasted my time trying to flirt with me. This was inappropriate, unprofessional, and made me feel very uncomfortable.

Second encounter: The next time I came in, the same man was standing behind the wall in the kitchen instead of coming out to the counter to assist me properly. Because of the noise from the kitchen, he couldn’t hear me clearly when I confirmed I was there for a DoorDash order. Rather than resolving the issue by stepping forward, he stayed hidden away and repeatedly asked me the same question, making the process unnecessarily frustrating. Another staff member, Omari, eventually came out to help, and the situation was handled smoothly.

Third encounter: The third time was nearly identical to the second, except this time a TV was also playing loudly in the lobby, adding to the noise. Once again, the man stayed behind the wall where he could not hear me and became visibly agitated when I rang the service bell after waiting. When Omari came out to assist, the older man told him, “never mind,” which gave the clear impression that he was ready to deny me service altogether instead of simply stepping forward and handling the pickup properly.

Across all three interactions, this man’s behavior has been unprofessional, lazy, and at times inappropriate. In contrast, every time Omari assisted me, the service was quick, respectful, and without issue.

Because of these repeated experiences, I’ve decided I will no longer accept DoorDash pickups from this establishment, and I would certainly never choose to dine here as a customer.

These wings are the fire! We got 10 mild and 10 spicy seasoned and they were delicious. These are some of the best Wings in this area. Looking for Wings had to Rayfords in Olive Branch. The employees are very friendly!!! Did

Placed an order today (Sunday) and paid almost $50 - I get to the location and it’s closed. The window, Google search, and direct website says they’re open on Sundays at 12pm. If you’re not open you shouldn’t allow online ordering because you’re basically stealing money. Never ate there before so can’t really say much about the food.
