Today was the worst service that I have ever received at Red Fish. Apparently, our waitress’s foot was injured and she could not wait on tables. Yet, she was our waitress. I am sympathetic that her foot was hurt, but we could have been assigned another waitress. We basically did not get any service. After waiting forever, I hade to go to the bar to just get our check and a to go box to eat our meal at home. Our waitress was sitting at the bar playing on her phone. After getting our check, I had to go to the front to pay. When I put my debit card in to pay, the girl said that there was an error. She asked me to put my card in again. I did. The message on my screen said Duplicate charge. I told her what it said. She said that it didn’t go through. She took my card and rang it up again. While I was still in the restaurant, my bank notified me of two charges to Red Fish. I showed them my banking app that showed the two charges. She said that I was the one who put my card in twice and then she preceded to walk away. They said that they couldn’t do anything. So basically, I paid twice for terrible service.

I’ve been to red fish MANY times throughout the years and it has gone down sadly. The cleanliness around the restaurant is questionable. I really loved this restaurant and have spent a lot of money here but all this about people finding roaches in their food, I will not be going back. The servers are wonderful servers and nothing else is wrong with the restaurant. The food being tasty doesn’t matter when you have a roach problem unfortunately. :(

Dinner started out great until my drink had a roach in it and the manager asked me did it fly in ( like excuse me ) it’s a roach and I did bring it in with me . Manager went on to say I can make you another one I said no . Well I will just take it off the bill and I said no you gonna take this whole bill . He grabbed the plates as if we were going to eat it. Well you just lost a $100 plus tips . But we did tip our waitress she was really nice and apologetic manager never said I’m sorry or nothing.

The egg drop soup was too thick tonight and it had no flavor.. but otherwise it was good. the waiter never brought us a refill on our water.

Angel/Angela, was great and took the time to explain everything. I ordered the shrimp 🍤 Bento 🍱 Box with a side of premium steak 🥩—absolutely delicious. I’ll definitely be stopping here more often while traveling. My bobtail (semi 🚛) is parked outside, so I’ve got to roll. Thanks!

We took our daughter and husban to eat for her Bday. It was the wife's and my first time here at the olive branch location. First the people at the bar were loud and using profanity. Noone said anything. We ordered our food I had the Kung pow chicken stir fry. I asked the young lady did it have nuts or seeds. She said yes but she would tell them not to put those in. I have diverticulitis. While we were eating I found several of the peppers they put in had opened and seeds were in the food. I had already ate some of the dish before seeing this. So we won't be going back. Service was OK. All they were doing was waiting for people to eat then hurriedly taking their dishes. Not a good place to go.

Great place to get in and out for Japanese, big sushi selection. Good Beer choices draft & bottle.
Red Fish Sushi in Olive Branch was a fun and flavorful experience. I had the Spider‑Man, Superman, and Batman rolls—each one packed with bold flavors, great texture, and fresh ingredients. The presentation was on point, and the service was friendly. If you like creative specialty rolls with a fusion twist, this place is definitely worth a visit.

Im a visitor of the area. Was told that Red Fish was the best sushi place in Olive branch. They weren't lying. Where im from. We have a Jasmines. The best. This place tops that. The menu is massive. It would take you 2 months to eat every sushi item if you ate here once a day. Thts not counting everything else. And every bite was delicious. Only downside I seen. No local craft beer choices. But other than tht. The staff was friendly & efficient. There were tons of people in there but it was fairly quiet. I wish we had a Red Fish where i live.

I’m giving it a 3 because of how it used to be but the food is different now. I always get the Chirashi when we go there but this time I’m not sure the fish was really fish. The salmon was normal but everything else didn’t taste like it should. Is fake tuna a thing? I hope things improve.
