Genuine BBQ, sauce not needed. Coleslaw and melt-in-your mouth brisket sandwich with a side of smoked cabbage and the Mac & Cheese. The portion was huge, the service was friendly, great meal!

Wow! 5 Stars! First time to visit and this is a must! I know bbq and this is some of the best! Seasoned to perfection and juicy!!! Tried the pork bbq, ox tail, brisket, and rib tips. Oh my! Bbq beans have brisket in it and Cole slaw home made!! Mac n cheese is a home run too! Had to take leftovers home portions so big! And no I’m not I’m not related to the owners, BUT I WISH I WAS! Kenneth the owner/chef and his wife Melanie are good folks! This should be featured on Diners,Drive In’s and Dives!!

Just a Sunday trying to find last minute dinner and my family craved ribs. A short google search for bbq nearby landed me at this place. I was able to view the menu online and placed my order over the phone. My food was ready and hot in 10 minutes! I immediately tried it in the car, and I went back in to get more baked beans and mac and cheese! We ordered a slab of pork ribs, and a rib tip plate. Super tender and seasoned perfectly!! beans had meat in them YAYYYY and the mac was cheesy and moist. We will return! Def a hidden gem!

I stopped by to check out this new bbq place tonight and was given a sample of Oxe Tail, which was awesome. I ordered ribs and brisket, which were equally as awesome and was given a couple of extra sides. I had enough to share with someone else and some left over for tomorrow. Great food, fast and very friendly owners and convenient location. I’ll definitely be back soon.
Small place that packs a huge punch! No indoor dining but if you’re looking for mouth watering, fall-off-the-bone ribs this is it! The food was great, and the people friendly!

Rolling Thunder was chosen for my granddaughter’s wedding reception on June 22, 2024. I have to admit I was skeptical when I first heard we were having a “food truck” cater her wedding reception. I couldn’t have been more wrong! The food was absolutely amazing and Adam was heaven to work with, even finding room in his refrigerator and freezer for some unexpected chilling we needed to do. If he could come to California, I would be hiring him repeatedly throughout the year. If you are in southern Oregon, so yourself a favor and give Adam a call for your next event! Excellent service and product!
